We have had our turf for 13 months and there is a small part that has been melted, which is confusing because we were assured, by Luxe Lawns, that it could withstand the Arizona Heat and a large breed dog. The company has claimed that our warranty does not cover this type of damage. When a representative came out to look they said out upstairs window caused the turf to melt and they'd only replace it if we had all of our windows tinted by a specific company. When we asked why this wasn't mentioned originally as something that could happen, the representative looked at us like we should have known, but didn't act apologetic or even attempt to help solve the problem. Like how would we know the window could melt our turf? Shouldn't that be something they'd explain? We feel this company is not worth even 1 Star as they have not been helpful at all. We don't understand how something like this could occur as turf should last 15-20 years. knowing this, we don't think this company uses quality turf if it hasn't lasted more more than 13 months. We have reached out to the owner, Lisa, who stated that it would be a cost to replace that portion of the turf and they would not even consider replacing until we had all of our windows tinted. What? Extremely disappointed in this Company. We don't feel valued and regret using them. I would not recommend this company as their product clearly can't withstand the heat and they don't care to support their customers concerns.

Naji arrived to discuss the project, and based on our conversations with him, was well-prepared to discuss options. The crew showed up right on time, and the point person on the job, Joaquin, explained the process of removing sod and dirt and installing the pavers--over 1,000 of them. They hand-measured and hand-cut the pavers that created the circular mesa around each tree--they look exquisite. Because the job required cutting a number of pavers there was quite a bit of brick dust. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. I was so pleased with the work that I contracted them to do my front yard and side yards as well. For the front yard, Nick the owner, provided a scale drawing of the new layout following our conversations about what I was looking for. After HOA approval, they transformed my mainly gravel front yard into a beautiful park-like environment with turf, new plants, new lights, new irrigation, new pavers. It's beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. Finally, I asked them to update my side yard. It was originally an ugly, unused gravel area with weeds. After collaborating with Nick, he came up with a beautiful design that once again transformed a small space. I got lots of quotes and had 5 6 or so companies come out to provide estimates for the scope of work. Jason, owner of The Hardworkers, was the last estimate I got,. We initially had concrete in mind, but Jason let us know he got of out concrete and primarily does pavers, as they look better and are stronger. We honestly just assumed pavers would be out of our price range, but opted to get a quote to remove a few sections of our walkway to add the driveway, raise the wall and then a quote to pave around our shed. Though the quote may not have been the cheapest, we also added a project and the over value and product could not be beat. I also truly believe you get what you pay for and Jason and his team do awesome work. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality, attention to details and efficiency his team provides.
