Even after catching it the first time, they messed it up a 2nd time that we noticed once we saw the emailed receipt. I just can't go back counting on an unpleasant or frustrating experience almost every time at this point.

His family and church hosted the Celebration of Life for the late Elder Eddie Walker. The venue is indeed an excellent one for any occasion - birthdays, bridal and baby showers, repasts, parties, etc. There is a stage area for bands to perform. For this occasion, the stage area was the pulpit. The Celebration of Life for my departed classmate was uplifting. Just hearing the praise and love by family members and friends, sharing memories of a man who was faithful, a mentor to his relatives and no matter where he was, the gospel was being preached. The ambiance is one of comfort. The catered food was quite enjoyable. Yummy delicious was the Southern green beans that accompanied the mac 'n cheese, bbq chicken and candied yams. The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. I feel so grateful to have had the best team out there!! We also decided to hire the CLE House cleanup crew which was fantastic as well! However, I do know the struggles of setting up an entire picnic on your own (I did it two years ago for her birthday) and all the stress associated with it. Our picnic and Co made it so EASY and it was so beautiful! I scheduled it for 11:00 (the set up was ready by 9:45 as I had asked if I could drop food off) and it was held at Lindley Meadow in Golden Gate Park. I didn't end up leaving any of my food/items at the picnic place (as I had to leave to pick up my friend to surprise her!) as the picnic was unattended - and you know ever know with this city - so I ended up taking my things back with me to the car. My friend loved the set up - and so did so many strangers!! We got so many compliments on the set up that someone passing by told us that she should take a photo for us and she did! 10/10 amazing! I loved it. Our Picnic was so easy to work with and created an amazing experience - stress free!
