They are a local running trucking company based out of Houston, Texas. They complete runs that are within a 150 mile radius of their home base of the Greater Houston area. Their expansive fleet of equipment including but not limited to 48 ft flatbeds, a box truck, and other equipment. They can haul many different products within the scope of the equipment that they have excluding tarping. Tarping loads is one of the only things that they don't do. They have hauled things like pallets of grass, concrete slabs, heavy machinery, and things of that nature. They have experienced drivers who are able to complete all loads expediently and without hassle. All of their drivers have at least 10 years experience in trucking, and are overly capable of handling their equipment, and transporting product from any shipper. They are in compliance, and have all the necessary insurance in order to conduct business. They also have many great references from the many freight brokerages, and shippers that they have dealt with directly. All elements of this company add to what makes this company so great. Ms. Dawn is such a pleasure to work with, and she is one of the best dispatchers I have come across. She has at least 5 years experience with dispatching, and has been with this company for a while. No matter what time you call her she will answer, and she is so knowledgeable in her craft. She answers any questions you have, and returns any documents needed swiftly. If unable to reach dispatch direct, the owner of the company, Mr. Tory is also very skilled and knowledgeable about his business. He has been in trucking for at least a decade, and it is evident that he is very passionate about what he does. He is so intune with the goings on of his company that he can answer any questions you have just as well as Ms. Dawn. He also conducts business very well, and is a pleasure to deal with. He is very involved, and even steps in and dispatches from time to time and you might even catch him in one of the trucks, delivering in a load. Even down to Mr. Tory's office/personal assistant adds to the greatness of this company. She assists with requests as well as sending bills of ladings per request, and other miscellaneous things. She is also very involved in invoicing, and the payment department of the company. You can tell that the foundation of this trucking company is very strong by how well everything flows together, and how long they have been in business. Also, there is always a chance for growth within this company. Many of the drivers that have come to work for Load Connection Delivery Service have gone on to become owner operators, and own their own equipment. I see many great things for the future of this trucking company.

Both ladies that I got in contact with claimed there were no company trucks with their company logo/name on there, however you clearly see the company truck having the company's name as well as a phone number clear as day on the driver door. The first lady that I spoke with said I need to call Cardinal logistics because that's not their company but when I pulled along side of the truck, I clearly see the phone number to their company. So I called the phone number and the same lady answered. I explained to her my safety concern and just wanted to let her know I was reporting the driver to the police. I am disappointed that even the office does not hold their drivers nor company accountable for the reckless driving that occurred at seven in the morning on shepherd going south bound. It's already a lot of traffic and there are laws put in place to avoid collision: putting your signal on ahead of time, merging into lanes safely, etc. The driver of this box truck failed to comply with the law and almost causes a wreck between him and another truck that was in front of me, all because he wanted to get in the right lane to turn right. If you need to do that you need to put your signal on ahead of time to let people know what you are doing and be in the lane in which you need to be in prior to turning!

Didn't give options available for mailing items. Also didn't provide a UPS receipt for tracking. Was told to take a picture of the mailing info attached to the box. I don't mind supporting small businesses but they weren't the friendliest and the speed was slow. Seems like a nice established community business but needs improvements, especially in the customer service front.
