The billing department is prone to make mistakes so I don't use Rumpke when I need a temporary dumpster because I know there will be issues. My service representative is almost impossible to get a return call from and will only do so after I have contacted someone higher up in the chain of command. I have commercial accounts so be aware if you sign a similar contract as to the one I am in of the stipulations. The contract will automatically renew after the three year anniversary or whatever time frame it is set up for. The contract can only be canceled by certified letter and not online nor through email nor phone call. The letter has to be received not less than 60 days nor more than 120 days prior to the expiration of the initial term or renewal term. So basically, you have a 60 day window in which to send your cancellation letter to Rumpke in order to cancel your agreement. That's my experience in a brief summary so hopefully it's helpful.
