If you are from the midwest/south/west or any part of the United States you are used to seeing huge mammoth 7-11's and such. Well this place is so small you just enter a little booth to pay for yer gas, but inside they sell everything like pharmacy items, beer, wine, you name it. The location was very convenient off of Rt. 1 in beautiful, historic York, ME, parking was limited and tight, the outside of the building was okay, not crazy beautiful or eye-catching in my opinion, we were not greeted upon entering, it is kind of chaotic inside for a new customer and it took us a few minutes to figure things out, how to order, etc., the lunch sandwiches that we order we HUGE!, I ordered a tun sandwich which was by far the biggest tuna sandwich I've ever ordered anywhere in the world, employees were efficient and friendly, prices were surprisingly reasonable, the inside of the store was clean and did not smell, it was pleasantly air-conditioned, and the restroom was clean and did not smell.

I had never been to a Circle K before and I was pretty impressed with what I saw here. First of all the store was immaculate. The shelves and the products on them had no dust. Even the restroom was very clean. The doors to the beverage cooler were clean with no smudges or streaks on them. The product variety was very good and they had plenty of candy, bakery items, chips, chocolate, fruity snacks, beverages and more. I decided on a candy bar so I grabbed what I wanted and took it to the register area to pay. There was nobody in line so I was waited on immediately. The cashier was very nice and processed my transaction efficiently. Definitely stop by here for all of your convenience store needs when you are in the area.

The inside store itself has kinda always been the same with what it sells. Currently it has a Moe's counter where you can have a Moe's sub to order or grab one in the cooler that is already made if you don't have time to wait. There is also an Aroma Joe's coffee shop inside. No place to sit down & drink the coffee or eat your Moe's. No place outside either. Aroma Joe's does have a drive through for those who don't want to go inside. I remember this use to be a donut shop before. There is a bathroom outside of the store & you may have to go inside to get the key?? It's been years since I've used the bathroom here. This gas station can get very busy & isn't always the easiest to get into due to the busy traffic on Lafayette road. Gas pumps are easy to use. Pay @ the lump or inside. There's a good choice of scratch tickets & you can get your lottery tickets here too. Guess what?!?!? You can use your debit card or credit card to pay for these things now.....can be very dangerous for some & very convenient!! lol I don't recall seeing any gas station hot food or soda fountain inside & this may be due to having the coffee & sub shop. There's plenty of beverages, chips, snacks, sweets & some house hold items to choose from inside. I've even seen an ATM machine. It's a gas station, what can I say?? lol I met the manger on my last trip inside & he was very nice/friendly. Big smile on his face. There is an air filling station outside too but it was waiting for repair last few times I had stopped in to purchase my Powerball tickets & a Moe's. I do miss that it's not open 24hrs anymore. The door to the restroom didn't close and it looked like 500 greasy hands had pushed it in. If there as ever a crime committed (other than the condition of the restroom itself) CSI would spend years taking prints off of that door. Fortunately for the men, their restroom was out of order. I am planning on taking a hot shower with dawn dishwashing liquid when I get home and probably calling my doctor to get an antibiotic. Holy crap!
