I got a bit confused and almost ended up going up the stairs, but decided to save myself possible embarrassment and just asked. The women at the front directed me on how to contact Monique for my appointment while I waited in the lobby. As for the entire experience, Monique gave me a sit down of the products she used, some useful tips, and answered any questions I had.
