After traveling almost two hours to my appointment, I arrived 10 minutes late and immediately acknowledged it, even offering to pay an additional fee for the delay. That offer was without discussion. What was most troubling was being denied access to the restroom, despite the long travel time and the circumstances. There was no grace, flexibility, or basic human courtesy shown. I ultimately had to rely on a neighboring business to use their restroom instead. Customer service should include respect, empathy, and professionalism--especially in a personal care industry. Unfortunately, this business demonstrated none of those qualities. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone expecting understanding or respectful treatment. read more
