    great customer service

This is the souvenir shop to be at when in Estes Park. Prices were surprisingly cheap with good quality products. Overheard a lot of customers talking about how reasonable the prices were. We ended up purchasing Tees ($10), Long Sleeved Shirts ($10) and Sweats ($15) with nice designs. You could tell the place was popular when it was already jam-packed 20 minutes after it's 10AM opening time.

Kyle is an exceptional guide and boat captain. His knowledge of the lakes, trout behavior, and where the fish were actively feeding was incredible. Thanks to his expertise, we caught our limit both days and landed four beautiful species of trout: Brown, Lake, Rainbow, and Brook trout. It was more success than we ever imagined! What really sets Kyle apart is how hard he works to make sure everyone has a memorable day on the water. He was patient, encouraging, professional, and always focused on helping us catch fish while making the experience enjoyable. Whether you're an experienced angler or it's your first time fishing, you'll learn from him and have a fantastic time. If you're considering a guided trip in the Estes Park or Grand Lake area, don't hesitate to book with Kyle. We can't recommend him highly enough and will definitely be fishing with him again on our next trip to Colorado. Thank you, Kyle, for memories we'll treasure for years to come!

They steered me to the trout worms over earthworms because they can be kept at room temp and they're smaller so they're easier to use. I told them what tackle I was using and they helped me dial it in. They gave me lots of recommendations and tips for the various lakes, streams in town. They have rod/ reel rentals if you don't have one and a lot of great fly fishing gear and flies as well. I believe they can get you connected with a guide as well. As we're walking out, he suggest that we don't steal them... we return them the same day and he explained that the money for the additional day he made us purchase would be refunded onto our card. We get in the vehicle we realize he gave my fiancé another persons rental ticket by the name Jorge Rodriguez. My fiancé is Hispanic... They suggested we would steal the spikes then gave my fiancé another Hispanic persons ticket. The people here are racist & liars. We called the following day to see if the money would reload to which we were told that they don't do refunds all of the sudden. Overall you'd be better off buying some on Amazon before your trip if you are a POC.

I loved browsing the store! I'm always drawn to the magnets selection. They sell "Oxygen To Go!" canisters in case you need some at this higher altitude or if you ascend to greater heights in Rocky Mountain National Park! Says it's good for recovery - even for hangovers! There is an entire section near the restrooms that is full of black bear figurines and other decorations. So cute! If you're hungry, there is a restaurant here as well. We didn't eat there, so I don't know the quality or what's offered. We ended up exiting the Rocky Mountain National Park at the Fall River Station when we saw this and decided to stop in at the end of the day. We initially went to the Visitor Center before walking over here. After scouring most of the items here, I did take home a few little things to remember my time in the RMNP. The lady who rung us up was friendly and even offered me a free small paper bag for my magnets. Other places were charging for them. It can be a keepsake as well since it is printed with the store's name. This is a good place to shop, kill some time, and chill.

It's got everything you'd expect: T-shirts with bears on them, jars of regional jam, and an alarming number of moose-themed magnets. Honestly, it's less about what's in the shop and more about when you get there. There's a restaurant inside if you need more than trail mix to power through the next stretch of scenic driving. We didn't linger, but we were grateful they had exactly what we needed: clean bathrooms with no-touch faucets. Sometimes, timing is everything.
