Terrible online service by Lisa , if you want service I wouldn't recommend. I provided all the…read morerequired information and I got pre-approved and still waiting for someone to call me to let me know what options I have . I am in a process moving and my money is tied up in moving cost and putting a deposit on a house , and really I can pay off my loan or even buy car outright in a few weeks . Sorry you loss any opportunity to gain profits from me as this was an absolute dog and pony show, Was excited to get a new car/suv but you dropped the ball and would tell people not to deal with this dealership .as I was even given another person cause my first rep was sick to Covid .but the follow up is a negative-10 stars as both reps suck. I had to follow up with them . Boyang was the other individual I was directed to work with and at least he sent me a few options but again .... I am following up again and not getting anywhere. It's very sad that you have a buyer and he's pre-approved and you don't want my business. I just wanted to share my experience as this has been brutal and hopefully someone in your business makes the necessary change so other people don't experience what I did. I try to support small communities and build relationships with people but I'm disappointed with your team members and wave big caution to other potential buyers . BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Be Careful With the Advertised Deals…read more I normally don't write negative reviews, but my experience with Go Nissan North was extremely disappointing and frustrating. On August 8 around 9:30 PM, I submitted an inquiry for a red Nissan Rogue demo listed at $30,900 with 0% financing for 60 months. Around 9:45 PM, a salesperson named Christine called me. Yes, it was late, but I answered and specifically confirmed the $30,900 price and 0% financing for 60 months before agreeing to come in. An appointment was booked for 2 PM on August 9. My wife and I drove approximately 30 minutes to the dealership based on the information that had been confirmed with me over the phone. Once we arrived, suddenly I was told that the vehicle was considered used and could not qualify for 0% financing. Seriously? This was the exact financing offer I had specifically confirmed before making the trip. If the salesperson didn't know whether the vehicle qualified, that should have been checked before calling me, confirming the offer, and booking an appointment. I told him directly that I felt we had been lured into the dealership. Had I been told the truth beforehand, we would not have wasted our time driving there. Then the story changed again. After speaking with the manager, I was offered a new 2026 Nissan Rogue at approximately $32,500, 0% financing for 60 months and $0 down. We negotiated the deal and agreed to 5 years of free oil changes and one detailing per year for 5 years. We agreed to move forward. Then came the next problem -- the color. We wanted GRAY. I was told they didn't have the gray vehicle available at the dealership. This was surprising because their own website showed the gray color as available. I still agreed to proceed and told them to bring one from another dealership. The salesperson went back to the manager and came back with another surprise: $250 to bring the vehicle from another dealership + $250 because we wanted a color other than black = $500 additional. I agreed to pay the $500 because we specifically wanted gray. The salesperson then told us he had contacted nearby dealerships and would have an answer the next day because it was already around 4 PM on Sunday. He specifically told me: "I will call you first thing tomorrow." Before we left, he again tried to convince us to take the black vehicle because it was "a good deal." No. We had already made it clear that we wanted gray. On August 10, I called around 12 PM because I had not heard anything. I was told he had just started work and was talking to the manager and would call me within an hour. Four hours passed. No call. I called again. I was told he was still talking to the manager and would call me back. At this point, this is beyond frustrating. We went to this dealership because of a red Rogue advertised at $30,900 with 0% financing for 60 months. Instead, we experienced: Financing terms that changed after we arrived A 30-minute drive based on information that apparently wasn't verified Multiple changes to the proposed deal An unexpected $500 charge for the color/vehicle transfer A vehicle supposedly unavailable despite the website showing availability Pressure to accept a color we specifically said we didn't want Promised callbacks that never happened Hours of waiting for basic answers Extremely poor communication From a customer's perspective, this felt very much like a bait-and-switch experience: advertise an attractive deal, get the customer into the dealership, and then change the terms once they're there. What makes it worse is that I confirmed the original price and financing over the phone before coming in. A dealership should respect customers' time and provide accurate information upfront. If a vehicle doesn't qualify for advertised financing, check that before inviting customers to drive 30 minutes to the dealership. If the gray vehicle isn't available, say so before negotiating and making a deal. And if you promise to call a customer back, actually call them back. I am extremely disappointed with how this entire situation has been handled. This isn't how I expected to be treated when purchasing a new vehicle. Go Nissan North -- I hope management takes this seriously and reviews exactly how this customer was handled.

We have been working with our bank to get the cash moved, did every stupid requirement. Since redwater dodge refused to sell to into our company name and now refused our cash deal after already writing it! Adrian refused to let us talk to management, and apparently cancelled our deal without even calling us. This place is a JOKE, they'll sell vehicles from under you, lie about management and have kids running sales who don't know anything about the vehicles. Redwater dodge pushes for financing, was prejudice against my families native status and is a complete joke of a dealership. This has been reported to AMVIC as well as the CMA. ETP: since the "owner" replied. Blake from "bobs auto" is helping us deliver the vehicle since again, we are AWAY at work. We've offered to show proof of business ownership, proof of registration, we can even show our remote work contract and even offered to have my brother purchase the truck in his PERSONAL name since neither of us can be there. There was no berating, no bullying. I kept asking Adrian what was going on and his constant excuse was "the mangers are now away and I was not in". In fact it was ADRIAN who was trying to be coercing over anything, pushing financing saying he was working with Kevin "for over a week" when it had been less than 3 days. And out of those 3 days, Adrian wasn't even available and 1 day the dealership was closed! I actually have the conversation recorded if the "owner" would like to hear it. PS. Thought everyone was away for a "conference" and couldn't explain anything to us? Strange how their story keeps changing. This dealership is all talk, no respect and extremely pushing for their horrible financing deals. They'll take any excuse to knock someone down. Real classy to insult a small business too, makes sense why they wouldn't sell to another one. What a clown.

Towing was the only option left to me, but again - no towing companies wanted to go all the way to Edmonton - did find one that would take me part of the way to Athabasca, as they had other business to do there. I Googled Athabasca and found out about the Koch Ford dealership. I phoned the service department while still on route to Athabasca, Spoke to John Borys (Service Manager) and advised him of our approximate arrival time, and inquired if he had time to look at it. I was welcomed at Koch Ford by John, who took the truck in shortly after. There is a comfortable customer waiting area, TV, reading material, and complimentary drinks and snacks. (Popcorn) I was told my truck needed a part that was not available locally, and would have to be ordered in. I started to look for hotels to stay in the area, when John informed me they could put a temporary (high pressure) hose on the power steering pump, which would allow me to drive the truck back home safely. Thank you John Borys, and the Koch Ford mechanic for getting my truck fixed - on such short notice. I enjoyed my stay and your hospitality. We will do business again.
