The general manager and principle called it poor communication but they were just protected themselves ,never did hear from owner about my concerns after multiple emails . I had to deal with general manager because my salesperson (who was terrific was away) . I have bought many new cars over the years and this experience was one of the worst if not the worst. Ended up buying my LC500 out of Quebec and had it shipped to edmonton and it was still cheaper and a way better experience . Just saying at this time you have a 50/50 chance of a good experience with this dealership . I have talked to Lexus Canada and they should hear from them , I never have . Do you homework with this dealership and be careful who you deal with . We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and we never felt pressured. We decided to go ahead and purchase our new CRV and it was available for pickup when promised. The Financial Services Manager Mikias was a please to deal with and offered us protection packages. Mikias didn't pressure us to buy but we did purchase the extended warranty and a protection package. On our pickup day we were very excited and were given a thorough tour of our new vehicle. I've come to this Toyota about 6 times now. And something always goes wrong…read more Today was the last straw, we will be going to a different Toyota to do servicing and details from now on. We came in for a shampoo and detail, as well as a quick diagnostic report. We were told at 9:30am that everything would take one hour, and then the shampoo drying time would be 3 hours. We checked in to see what the status was for waiting at 12:00pm, they had not even started anything yet. We don't have the time to wait longer when it hasn't even started so we canceled the entire thing and are waiting for them to bring our car back so we can leave... It's 1:00pm and they still aren't able to bring our car back, when we've had no work done! We've just wasted nearly 4 hours (and counting) for nothing! Don't waste your time, go to a different Toyota. Only saving grace is they always have property brothers playing in the waiting area.

Now the price was $25k! including gst if yu did a cash deal. I left empty handed. I saw Jacky's advert on KIJIJI and went to look at it and it was good. No pressure and a straight forward process. The best thing was he didn't push a warranty and other hidden charges on me. He did offer a 3rd party warranty if I was interested, but that was it. The car only came with one key, and Jacky offered to get a second one made up for me at no charge. I really enjoyed the experiance with Platinum Fine Cars and I would reccomend them to anyone wanting a hassle free experiance.
