I asked the agent in this office to update our policy to reflect the deed, and send me the updated policy. A week later she said she's still working on it. One more week later and I leave a voice mail to please contact me about the change. No reply. I called the office, was transferred to voicemail, which is full, so decided to visit but no one is there today (see photos). I called MAPFRE to see if the policy was ever changed. They said it is still in the original name. They said I can change to another MAPFRE agent and continue with the same policy. Will do, service could not possibly be as bad as with this office.
