After filling them out, he took me to the room where he initially drew my brows during my consultation. I was told he was going to draw them again as a guide and when he was done, he had me look at them to see if it was still good with me. He told me to be very picky about it too. But I was happy with the placement and the shape so we moved forward. Justin is so polite and the quality of his work is impeccable! I was more than happy with the results. He told me that as my brows healed they would lighten up a little too and that he couldn't wait to see the final results. Neither can I! I really wanted to like the place but unfortunately there is no professionalism. There is no respect of other people's time. I had to drive 30 minutes to my appointments only to be rescheduled pretty much each time because the doors were locked and she was nowhere to be found. The brows I was able to get done turned gray right away not even 2 months after I'm stuck trying to cover them up with makeup. Of course this defeats the purpose of why I got them to start off with. If you want to be rescheduled and cancelled constantly she is the person for you. I will choose to spend my money where my time is respected and people are nice. So disappointed I ever stepped in this place.

The healing process was cake and she explained how to take care of them and to trust the process. The end result of my eyebrows made me feel so beautiful and confident in myself and cut my time needed for my morning routine in half. I received so many compliments over the next 12 months and the maintenance was simple, I just needed to thread or go over them with a cosmetic razor every 2-3 weeks. A whole year later, I went in to get my yearly touch up. I honestly didn't feel like I really need it because although they faded just a little bit, they still looked great. When I got to my appointment, it was truly like she was an old friend! I was so surprised that she remembered the little details about my last visit and we were able to pick up right where we left off. I…read morestarted following them on Instagram and once appointments were open, I was able to get scheduled with Sophia in no time. I received many reminder emails about my upcoming appointment so that was a plus! Upon checking in, the receptionist was friendly and had me fill out some intake paperwork. Once Sophia was ready, I was brought in to her area. She was very down to earth and told me about the entire lash process as I was a newbie. The process is timely but I was very comfortable on the lash table which is huge because I've been on some of the other tables that weren't so comfy. Sophia washed my eyelashes first before applying the new lashes. After the wash, they were dried. She then taped down my bottom lashes and got to work. Eyes stay closed during application. There will be brushing of the lashes during the process and maybe an occasional open your eyes here and there. After an hour to hour and a half later, voila!!! Lashes are fuller and thicker and look amazing. I unfortunately don't get them done often enough to remember that I have lashes. So the next day I was guilty of accidentally doing the morning wake up eye rub and caught myself mid rub!!! I was so upset with myself, oh well there went 5-7 lashes. I had to constantly remind myself that they were there because it is very easy to forget. You can't even feel a difference. I was given an eyelash brush and a card with care instructions on it for when I got home. I made my second appointment for 2 weeks later for a refill and the process was the same. Prices were very reasonable and it seems like they always have some kind of special going on so it's hard to pay full price! Personally I don't see myself keeping this up but I can definitely see myself getting them done for special occasions. And when I do, I will definitely be hitting up Sophia for an appointment!!!

I cannot tell you how much I love waking up everyday and not having to do my eyebrows!!!

We Wax is a full-service spa (don't let the name fool you) offering everything from waxing services to facials to eyelash extensions. I went in thinking I "needed" a very expensive eyelash service (what? I'm from Texas, a girl NEEDS pretty lashes, right??) only to sit down with my technician and discover there was a very comparable service at a fraction of the price. In the end, I was much happier with this service than ones I've paid much more for and am so thankful she was willing to bite the bullet that I wound up booking even more services in the future. Linda is as sweet as she is good at her job and more interested in a happy client than gouging your wallet that I am more than willing to try her out for other services. Unfortunately, the lash lift was not a good experience. I had a significant burning sensation on my eyelid and told the tech multiple times. She reassured me, even when the burning escalated. Afterward, my lashes were overprocessed. My eyelid later became swollen and developed a scab. She did apologize and did not charge me for the lift which I appreciated. She also told me that my eyelashes may have been too short for the lift, but I would have appreciated it if she said that before starting. I would still return for eyebrow threading, but would probably not recommend getting lash lifts here.
