I was so uncertain about getting my eyebrows microbladed, but after meeting with Kenny I knew I was in good hands, his portfolio is sooooo.......mind blowing and I salute him for being such a big sponsor towards cancer patients with hair loss pigmentation, areola art work and much more. The customer service I received was outstanding, he took his time during the procedure to make sure I was completely comfortable. His shop room is so comfy, I should've took a nap but I thought I'd rather get to know more about his work instead. This guy is so funny I'm telling you lol! There was never a dull moment he was very polite, offering refreshments more than once(they have every chip you can pretty much name lol, a mini fridge stacked with juice, soda, and water, and a fresh popcorn machine with so many season flavors I wanted to try them all. Y'all I'm talking a tower of snacks with chocolate, candy, nature oats you name it! ) Inside was a tad bit cold and He offered a plush fluff blanket without me having to ask and played a movie while my eyebrows were numbing and through the entire session. I highly recommend this location for micro blading. Jordyn Baker and Sam (don't know his last name) is all I need to say. So I've been through a SHIT ton of hair trauma. Have struggled with my hair and different stylist for the last 5 years since being here in SA. I've had bad cuts, bad color, chemical burn on my scalp.... you name it. I've had it all. I just about cringed at starting over with somebody new but due to the salon reviews I decided to give it a try. The saying "you get what you pay for" is true. I've never paid over $80 for my hair and it truly showed. Cheap jobs get shitty results which mainly means lots of uneven color with lots of damage. Walking in the salon was like walking in my front door. So welcoming and just a laid back atmosphere! Jordyn worked on me for a total of 13 hours(yes crazy to think I sat in a chair that long and she worked that long on me) but she did with no complaining. Sam also helped on the fun! He was a doll! We laughed so much! But spending 13 hours with that beautiful soul was a blast. She taught me about proper care and much more. I usually leave previous salons crying. NOT YESTERDAY. I walked out feeing like a million bucks. My hair is BEAUTIFUL AND FEELS FANTASTIC! I've never been this happy with the results. JORDYN MAY AS WELL MARRY ME BECAUSE SHES MY HAIR PERSON FOR LIFE! My purple Pinterest inspirational we're a walk in the park for these ladies. Kayla my new stylist was A-mazing. They did test strands and got the most grueling part out of the way, the money. I love that there were no surprises & they truly catered to my needs. The studio is open and welcoming, no boring ceiling tiles while they massage the shampoo out. I decided to go for it, and I am SO glad I did. The process was very comfortable. He measured my eyebrows extensively, showed me what he would be doing, thoroughly went over the process and aftercare, chose the right color for me, and asked my opinion on everything. Update: they were gracious enough to fix it and the new stylist was fantastic. Mixed feelings. I got a terrible cut from my stylist but I can tell from her Instagram that she is great with color. My hair looked great the way she styled it, but when I actually straightened it, I realized how choppy and uneven it looks. I keep trying to convince myself that it's not that bad, but I always end up putting it in a bun. The salon is fun and vibrant. The stylist are all very personal and professional, I would recommend it, I'm just not happy with my cut. read more

I came here last June for Kenny to do microblading on my brows. I. Love. Them! Since having them done it has saved me so much time to not fill in. I was worried to have a fake tattoo look but it came out so natural! I couldn't be happier with my results and I get compliments on them often. I've had such an awesome experience over the years with Ashley and Kenny! Kenny did both permanent eyeliner and my eyebrows and they still look fantastic after a few years, with no pain during either procedure! From tattoos to permanent makeup, the results are always outstanding. I've had two appointments for my tattoo and both went really well. I used the topical numbing cream the first time and didn't feel a thing during the entire 3 hour appointment. I decided not to use the numbing cream this past weekend for the next session and he was extremely gentle, little to no pain during and after the appointment! Ashley has been doing my hair for almost 4 years and I couldn't ask for a better stylist. She is always in a great mood and makes me feel so comfortable. We chat before my appointments to go over what I'd like to do and she's always ready for a new challenge. Her energy and excitement for her profession is infectious, I love the fact that she continues to take classes and grow in her field! I am so lucky to have her as my stylist and friend. I hate to rate this a one star because I love the vibe that Victoria gave she was really nice . However she did seem a bit confused with my hair consultation. I ask her before she washed my hair that I wanted to cut my hair shoulder length . Once she finish washing my hair I re mentioned I wanted to cut my hair shoulder length , needless to say I ended with a bob. This is not what I wanted at all , at the end I notice my hair from one side was shorter then the other side she attempted to fix it but the front of the left side of my hair is now shorter then the right . She gave me the price for a balayage but at this point after seeing my hair and how uneven it was I didn't trust her coloring it . I payed 75 dollars for an uneven haircut and poorly styled hair . I also wonder if she sanitized her tools. I just hope it grows back. I won't not go back to Victoria she needs a lot of training on learning how to cut hair . read more
