I asked for lots of layers and curtain bangs, and she delivered perfectly. Not only did she give me the best haircut and style (and the most relaxing head wash ever!), but she made me feel so comfortable. Talking with her was like chatting with a therapist -- we connected about our husbands being in the military and the challenges of moving and finding a home, and she just got it. She was very kind and attentive to how I wanted my eyebrows threaded. She did shape them a bit more than I had envisioned, but they still turned out great. My only improvement is that the store itself could have been cleaner; general dirt and dust was evident on the floor and counters. The woman working did change gloves between customers and wore a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd recommend if you're looking for a good threading place.
