Horrible experience . I went there on Sunday and the lady that did my eyebrows took a whole chunk of hair out of my actual eyebrow and ruining the whole shape of my brows not to mention barely even touching the other eyebrow! When i addressed it with her she took no accountability and acted like the missing hair wasn't noticeable. I have gone here for years but i won't be back anymore! read more

I just wanted a simple clean-up, and she completely botched my eyebrows. They ended up extremely uneven and don't even match. I've spent a lot of money at this place over time, but after this experience, I'm done going here. What makes it worse is that I showed up about 10 minutes early -- which apparently is a huge no-no. I understand needing time to clean up between clients, but if you don't have time, just refuse the service instead of rushing and ruining someone's eyebrows. read more

Very clean store, prices clearly marked and no waits. I called ahead for wait times and they gave me the best time... walked in and was out in 10 minutes. There is an option for a reward program. Plenty of parking, good hours and close to I-5. read more

Honestly I went in the other day to get my eyebrows done and they look terrible . I normally go for the cleaned up thick look . I kid you not my eyebrows look super thin and she cut a lot of my eyebrows off . Normally I'm not the type to make a scene about things like this . I just moved to the area and I thought I'd try it out . I know they'll grow out but eyebrows are really important to me . went in for an eyebrow lamination & eyelash lift. I have thick brows & asked her not too thread them thin, just to clean up the stray hairs. They are so thin ,I don't even recognize my forehead & the lamination left them crazier than before, I look like Spock. Eyelashes look alright , nothing special. read more

A good place to go . I always loved threading or just getting it done in general. The only thing that i don't like is how they push their " Deal" get 5 eye brows done for "$40" or something like that of that nature. They tend to push this very hard which i wish they'd stop doing if someone tells them no the first time it should be just that. I know they have to make a quota on how many they sell but please just take no for an answer. I would go back especially because of the $10 eye brow threading. The woman who did my brows was really nice and gentle . I just wished she used the cooling gel after the fact. read more

Five stars! Great prices and great service. As soon as I walked in, Sonya (sorry if I spelled wrong) greeted me with 3 other women in front of me. It was pretty busy for one worker but she handeled it very well and elegantly. What I got done was my forehead and my sides of head threaded. The before and after photo I included doesn't do any justice for this place!!! I have a low quality camera!! In person, my skin is smoother, looks cleaner and clearer after she threaded it! All the fine hairs ans sparse dark hairs are gone. I'm very grateful I walked in and will DEFINITLY be back! I love that they do henna here and i'll have to try that sometime too :). Walked in without an appointment. I waited for about 3 minutes and someone helped me. I did not really have to say much, just "clean." I grew out my brows from the last wax I had as She did not do a good job. Also, I dont like my brows looking like half circles. I like it straight, then arch down if yall know what I mean. Anyway, of course it hurt...since I had so much hair there lol But at the end .. my brows looked perfect I forgot who did them, but I promise to update when I go back. The cost for brows are $10. I come here for my eyebrows and lip threading all the time. I saw they had eyebrow tinting and my birthday is coming up so I want to look good. I decided to go for it and it looks soooo nice. My eyebrows fade away half way through to the end. My hair just doesn't grow there. So after I did the tint it looks like I have lush eyebrows. They only last 3 weeks but for $15 it's more than worth it! So happy with the outcome read more

I only trust kally threading with my brows. I've been coming here for years. I live outside of Olympia now, but when I come visit my family I make it a priority! Clean salon, friendly workers and they always leave my brows looking perfect. Sometimes I add on the tint, which makes my brows look amazing after a day when the tint calms. I went here after missing my beloved Grace Beauty in Renton. I have yet to find a threading salon that know how to shape my brows and Kelly's Threading did the job the manager of the salon did mine and she was wonderful I will be going back and will also be trying other services out. This salon along with many of the threading salons charge such a small amount to make a great shaped eyebrow. I alway trip the same price they charge $7 total I tip $7. It is well worth it and if I went to another place for waxing that's what it was would cost. I also hear they are making an additional salon at Lakewood Town Center ! read more

Eyebrow threading is great, but I wouldn't get my eyelashes tinted here again. Not only were the tips of my lashes still blonde and some lashes that didn't even get dyed, but there was black dye and glue left on my eyelids. UPDATE: the manager of this location contacted me and offered to fix the lash tint. She did a fantastic job and I would definitely go again. read more

Got old lashes removed and a hybrid set put on. Getting lashes removed was fine but as soon as I left my lashes fell out not even an hour later. Came back to get money back and was told they would redo the lashes. I told them I wasn't interested in getting my lashes done here again and wanted a refund. Spent 150 and only got 40 back. I understand the time and lash removal pricing. But I should have gotten 100 back not 40. They are very unprofessional and rude read more

Got a full face threading $30 done and volume lashes $139 (see pic) on 3/25. It turned out great. Don't know the name of the lady but there were two of them in there. Both were super nice. The lady who did my lashes and face thread was super fast. Got there at 5pm (appt. time) and left at 730pm. I would return for the same service again. My lashes volume size I think was 12,13,12. read more

I went here because of theirs hours, they close at 7 while other places closed earlier. I thought my eyebrows looked fine but once I got home, I noticed that they thinned them out majorly. They are not the same shape. She threaded one eyebrow too much from the top. The inner parts of the eyebrows do not match, one is rounded while the other is not. She left the outer parts of my brows uneven as well, one is shorter than the other. Do not recommend, need more experience threading, and do not provide aloe for brows after threading. Also, they push the $40 promotion way too much. read more

I've heard such great things about this place from a friend that goes here frequently. She highly recommends seeing Soni who was unfortunately unavailable the day I went. I saw a different lady, I didn't quite catch her name but I believe her name started with a K. She's very soft spoken, I kinda wish she involved me more in the process but she was very gentle and did a GREAT job! This was my first time getting my brows tinted. I've gotten them done with henna at a different location and it came out too dark for my liking and only lasted about a week. The tinting from here was more subtle but still noticeable. It's been 3 days and they've faded a little but are still holding up to where I don't have to fill them in with makeup. I wish I lived in the area and could come here regularly because my brows have never looked so good since moving here to WA. read more

I LOVE Kally Threading (Tacoma and Puyallup) and have never had a bad experience with their services or customer service. Unfortunately, today I went to the Lacey location since I was in the area running errands and the ladies at the front desk were very snappy and not helpful at at. Due to their unprofessional attitude, I chose to leave because I felt like my eyebrows would be messed. Again, I would highly recommend the Tacoma and Puyallup locations, but not Lacey. read more

I'm pretty basic but will change it up now and again. Her schedule is flexible and I'm always able to get in. I always call ahead for an appointment even though they do take walk-ins. I know happens, but I've never seen her turn away Any walk-ins. She has a history with her clients and is always engaging in conversations about family and the latest going on of the client. It's nice to be heard and remembered. I always buy gift certificates for family and friends and for gift baskets for the military spouses since it's a high traffic area just off of Jblm. her clients, especially the repeat customers and to accommodate requests.

I had to go home and trim parts she missed. There are things that didn't get cut or blended. I feel like I have dog ears. We did have good convo and she was super sweet, so I hesitated to write a review, honestly. I'd like to get my hair shaped up and highlighted but not sure I'll go back here. The facility is nice- really clean and modern. Weird being asked to wash my hands the second I walk into the salon. They have a nice little selection of things to buy as well as offering many ...procedures? Gosh my brain stopped and I can't think of the word. ‍ anyhoo- if the haircut I got was like $30 less it would have been tolerable. :/
