You definitely should make an appt as they are usually very busy. I always make appointments and they are almost always on time. There have been just a few times I have had to wait past my appt time. I appreciate being able to get in and get out, after work. I have had my nails done by several nail techs but Tina usually does mine. She does such an amazing job. The other gals are very good too but Tina really pays close attention to detail and can replicate pretty much any photo of nail art that you show her. The salon is clean and does not have an overpowering smell of chemicals like many nail salons do. The salon has great hours and easy parking. The prices are on the higher end in comparison to other salons in the area but the quality of the work makes the price worth it to me.

I did receive a quick reply but it only said "sorry I'm not available" as if I was putting her out. They could have replied, "thank you for your inquiry, not accepting new clients at this time" or "the time frame you provided doesn't work with my schedule, can we see if we can schedule another time?" or basically any sort of kindness at all.
