I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I showed them a reference photo of exactly what I wanted, and the final result looked nothing like it. When I politely brought this up, the situation only got worse. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner grabbed my arm and dragged me over to another customer to "explain" the nails in front of them, which was incredibly inappropriate and humiliating. I continued to calmly express that I didn't like how thick and poorly shaped the tips were, and the owner suddenly became hostile. She started yelling at me, refused to fix the issue, and ultimately kicked me out of the salon. As I was leaving, she followed me outside, continuing to yell and act disrespectfully. When I mentioned I would be leaving a negative review, she escalated even more. This was not only unprofessional, but completely unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be treated this way. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you expect basic respect and decent service.

She used a straightener to curl my hair and told me to trust her vision. I had to spend another $70 at Target to fix it myself. I was so upset I cried while driving. I only had one hour left after I got my hair done from them to get ready which made me a little bit late to the ceremony because I had to go to the store to shop and buy all the tools and I still need to do my make up. The salon called me back in the evening and told me they could redo it--but I was already at the event and I'm not local, so that wasn't an option. As a full-time working mom, this was supposed to be a rare moment to treat myself, and it turned into a stressful experience instead. I trusted the stylist to add volume, but it wasn't done as promised. You were my one chance to feel confident and pampered, and it turned into disappointment. To also not be offered a refund is ridiculous. I would rather have driven to Ulta and paid $80 for the same service and get better results. I also tipped $10 as well.
