This comes with a however; the ink to my new eyebrow completely faded. I was ok with that because I knew there needed to be a perfecting session to ensure everything stuck. I had an appointment originally on July 12th for a perfecting session. Unfortunately I had something at work come up and needed to reschedule. I gave her almost two weeks in advance notice as I do not like to change things very last minute. Jaqueline agreed to he change. Come to July 26th appointment, I show up 15 minutes early as their profile on Google states they are open at 9am during their days of operation. I got to the door and notice all of the lights were off and the door was locked. I immediately emailed Jaqueline to let her know I was there. No response. My appointment was at 10am and I waited for her until 10:20. I emailed her again to let her know I waited 20 extra minutes (after driving half an hour to this establishment from my home) I gave her my phone number in case I did anything wrong, but also included a screen shot of our conversation in case I made a mistake. Jaqueline texted me back with a very "sincere" apology as well as a nice offer and to let me know we can reschedule. I tossed out a date but received no reply. I waited an entire week for a reply because we're all human. I got ghosted. Now I'm out $300 with no eyebrows and no faith in ever going back to any type of establishment that offers such a service because my trust has been completely broken and my feelings hurt.
