Recently, I had been researching into someone to do my eyebrows. I had narrowed my research down and ultimately decided to go with Brows On Fleek. I sent a message and I received a response quickly from an Olga. I requested a date as soon as possible and she fit me in on her Sunday mid morning! Come Sunday, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and she greeted me with a sense of comfort. Her vibe was genuine. So before the paperwork, she numbed my eyebrows so I would not feel the microblade and procedure. The wait on that took 30 minutes which is accurate and you need that time for the numbing solution to set in. Olga explained everything and made me feel super comfortable! The procedure went on after the paperwork. I was nervios, but she said as soon as I felt uncomfortable she would then re-apply additional numbing cream. Her hands were light to the blade. Our conversation flowed as if I new her. Her lines on my brows came out to a perfection. As of any type of microblading or permanent makeup, Olga was fast to explain that my touch up would be in 4-6 weeks and explained after care. Honestly, if Olga decides to take on any other cosmetic procedures, I would jump to see her. Her talent explained why she is in her line of business and she was super chill and I don't think I'd want anyone else to do my eyebrows again, but her. To top it all off, Olga touched up my cross on my finger! I highly recommend her and I'm sure in the near future her schedule will be super booked. So make your appointments. Thank you again, Olga!! Hello I've been shopping around for the right person to perform my Ultrasonic Cavitation work and I'm so glad that I found Olga. She was very professional, took her time to explain the work that was being completed, made sure I was comfortable the entire 45min and all the covid precautions were in place. NOBODY GO HERE! Olga the business owner has no customer service skills or even cares to bond with her customers. If you're doing someone's eyebrows permanently, you think the owner should help the customers prepare for their spots and be bit more communicative. I called Olga to schedule Microblading eyebrows and Venmo her a $100 to save my spot last night, she texts me 2am to confirm she got my payment first off. She never sent over any info on what to do ahead of my appt. I had to go goggle online. She mentioned no refundable on deposits and I understand being a business owner as well. I thought since I canceled in the next morning, it would be ok. Her attitude quickly changed. She Venmo me back only $50 after I texted her saying it's not the right thing to do, please return. She became crazy and started calling my phone and harassing me and yelling and cussing. Please do not go to her for any service. She isn't sanitary from the sounds of it, and she is just after money not building relationships with customers or helping. Olga bit of info for you , you got to win your customers hearts, not go after their pockets. We all are going through some kind of hard time, but you don't lose your sense of doing the right thing. Thanks, Olga, for a great job on my eyebrows almost a year ago, they still look great! Nobody even noticed I had anything done, they look so natural. And it's been saving me so much time in the mornings! No more having to paint them and then worry that sweat or just rubbing will take all of these hard work off. I was tired of drawing in my eyebrows I just wanted to wake up looking fabulous after searching for the perfect person to do my eyebrows I found brows of fleek !! I was scared but she made me feel at ease . When she was done I felt like a whole new person. Extremely disappointed in this business. Extremely unprofessional. I bought a groupon for micro blading and booked an appointment through yelp a week ago. My appointment was supposed to be less than 24 hours from now, and I get a text from Olga asking if I still wanted the service. Of course I did, but apparently the original time I booked (6 pm) wasn't available but she said she had a 7:30 PM available so I said that's ok. After that I wanted to make sure there would be no issue with the Groupon and when I asked she said she doesn't accept them anymore and if I can I should cancel it and I could pay the same amount in cash. Which would be fine, if it wasn't 9 PM literally the night before my scheduled appointment. Groupon is a huge pain to deal with getting a refund from, no customer service number. I ask if there is any way she can honor the groupon because I took the day off to drive from Santa Cruz, was really looking forward to it, and groupon has a 3 day cancellation policy so I wasn't sure if it was even possible. She wasn't really making any sense talking about some other booking site I'm not sure, and then said she will honor the groupon but it will have to be rescheduled to a different day. This honestly didn't make any sense, she had just told me she had an opening at 7:30 for me. She tried to say "she does different derives different days" but it's literally the same service, just different form of payment. All in all extremely unprofessional, luckily I can get a refund. I'm very unhappy with this establishment! I purchased a groupon to get microblading and I was so excited. I called the Lincoln Ave location for 2 weeks leaving voicemails requesting an appt. I've had no response. So I contacted groupon for a refund and they said they would grant that to me. I figured I'd try calling the place one more time, since I really wanted to get my eye brows done. No answer, then later in my day some lady calls from that number saying, "Hi someone called me from this number?" ‍ Anyway I finally spoke about getting an appointment and she said I could get an appointment on Sunday but that she needed to call me back from another phone later on in the day. She also said I'd need to send her photos of my eye brows.. no problem. So I had the pictures ready and waited all night so we can confirm the appointment....and what do you know? No response. What a waste of time. She honestly doesn't know how to run a good business. She definitely lost mine. And I'm glad I didn't end up getting my brows done there. As I looked again at the pictures of the brows she does, a lot of them look uneven.. Yikes!! No thank you!! read more
