This place is tucked away in the cul-de-sac of little small businesses in downtown Campbell. They accept Venmo, Zelle or cash. ~~Parking: There are some street parking spots available on Campbell Avenue and a couple of parking structures nearby as well. I like to park at the parking structure on second St. and just walk over. ~~Service: Great. The technician that was working on my eyebrows was super kind and friendly. She asked me if I liked my brows and I Asked to make them a bit thinner to have a higher arch and she was able to do so. ~~Best Part: They have stamp cards available! I paid over $1000 and had to go back three times and she still couldn't come close to doing what was asked. My hair looks worse than ever and I still have to go get it fixed by a real hairdresser. It's my fault for trusting her word and continuing to go back to her because I thought she could fix what she had done. I sent her a picture of what I wanted when I booked the appointment and she was enthusiastic. It was a basic brown color with ashy bolyage. After I sat down in her chair she said it might take another session, but I was already committed at that point. My hair looked like an amateur had done it. She died my roots too dark for the second time (she did it previously too and now I see my error in going back to her) and made the body of the hair golden without any blending throughout. The next session she did some toner and it didn't help. The third session she made a poor attempt to blend the color and gave me early 2000's golden streaks through dark roots. I asked her to fix it and she tried to soak me for more money. When I refused, she blamed me for not understanding "the process". I go to a salon because they are supposed to be the professionals. If I have to know how to do it myself so I can supervise you then I don't need your service. Each session she acknowledged that she didn't come close to achieving the desired result and I'd have to pay for her to fix it with another session. She never explained how many sessions would be needed or how much it would cost, and that is because she didn't have any idea. She was just winging it and expecting me to continue to pay for her mistakes and lack of skill. Buyer beware - be sure to choose a different stylist at that salon.
