Would not recommend getting waxed here unless you wanna get burnt. She tried to tell me it's my skin and that I'm sensitive, but I have gotten waxed many times in my life and never had this issue. I appreciate getting my refund immediately but she would not acknowledge her mistake & kept trying to convince me I was the problem. This is not okay - especially if they are highly advertising waxing on their signage. Now I have to worry about concealing these scars during my trip. Giving 2 stars because my lashes ended up beautiful, but it did not overshadow the scars I have to deal with now. Avoid waxing at all costs here. read more

Booked with Mia. Unfortunately, this was a very painful experience, and the lash extensions were uneven on both eyes. I've been getting lash extensions for about three years and have never experienced pain like this, especially during a fill. During the appointment, it felt as though my natural lashes were being pulled or ripped. Afterward, it was painful to brush my lashes. I later noticed that multiple natural lashes had been glued to a single extension due to improper isolation. This has caused ongoing discomfort, and quite frankly I am never going here again. Not sure why this place has such high reviews I've been getting lash extensions since 2016 and this is the first place I've been to where my lashes will hurt once they start growing out. Usually I'm really good at taking care of my extensions and it can last up to 4 weeks. Here, I'm lucky if it stays on for 2 weeks. I also noticed every time I leave an appointment my eyes get really red and it lasts for 2 days after. Never happened to me at other places. read more

This was my first time visiting Moon Lashes & Brows. Annie did a good job on my brow tint. My one star is for the lash service here. I've been wearing individual lash extensions for 6+ years so I'm very particular about who does my lashes. I decided to give them a try and was booked with Michelle. She's a nice lady but she talked the entire time and my 2 hours window went to 3.5 hours. She also did a poor job tapping my eyes correctly and she got glue in them. The pain was excruciating and only got worse over the next few days. My eyes were blood shot red and in pain for 3 days. Again, I've been getting my lashes done for years so this was not a glue "allergy". This was from Michelle not taping my eyes correctly. I had a rather disappointing visit and left feeling it should've been handled better or at a minimum, an apology was owed. Stopped in to ask if they could accept a walk in for a refill as a visitor who lost a few lashes in my morning wash routine. During this in person exchange, a lash tech confirmed the other person could take me in 90 minutes. Before leaving, she asked for my number. As I started to pull away, the owner called and said, it'd be 40 min so I waited. I enter after waiting and lay down only to be told that I had less than 40% percent and would have to get a new set. (I literally lost 2 lashes on one eye and another patron commented they looked like they were just done). Add to that, this was not what I was told when I entered by the other tech either. So after waiting around, only to be turned around I left in search of some place else. I did express my frustration to the owner who explained that they do not offer this type of lash, as opposed to what was stated by the tech. Meaning, they couldn't match them so I'd have to start over. Communication issues and time wasted. read more

I've been trying to look for a good lash place in the area and I would definitely recommend this place. Kathy was very gentle and thorough when applying my lashes. She seemed to care a lot about her work and made sure I loved the product. What I thought was unique was the prep part because she really took her time to clean and prep the eye area. At one point, I think she could've put less pressure when squeezing the water onto the lids, but it was no biggie. It was a comfy set up and the music was relaxing. I booked with Kathy last minute for a eyelash extensions , I came here for the first time I've been to multiple places and they never get my eyes right as I have mono lids and narrow eyes people can't figure out what to do ! Even i don't know my style . Usually I just let them do what ever they think looks good on me on the first try and I will tweak it later on but wow~~ Kathy knew exactly what I needed, she did it pretty fast, didnt hurt or burn , and when I opened my eyes , I was shocked how beautiful it looked , my eyes looked way bigger and fuller and also really strong , I usually just wash my face like a men and scrub everything but this thing is so strong it holds on! Also I always feel a little uncomfortable with eyelash extensions and I 'feel' that there is something on my eyelid so i tend to scratch my eyelids but I don't feel a thing! It's amazing!!
