Instead of greeting me or offering assistance, every technician looked at me and then ignored me. When I asked about the price multiple times, I was only given a mumbled response. I then waited for over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, updating me, or letting me know how much longer the wait would be. After repeatedly saying "excuse me" to get someone's attention, I was completely ignored. At that point, I told them their behavior was unprofessional and that I would be filing a complaint. I left feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and deeply disappointed. Based on how I was treated, I personally felt I was treated differently, and the experience left me questioning whether discrimination played a role. No customer deserves to be ignored or made to feel invisible. I will not be returning. Also would like to add, they had zero Black customers. When I walked in I noticed a lady after me came in, who happened to be Latina and they greeted her. So, I'm not sure as to why they treated us differently. I've been warned by previous customers to not come here and now I know why. The worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I only come here to get my toes done, but they always do such a great job with my pedicures. Every time I walk in, I'm treated with so much respect and kindness. Most of the time there's barely any wait, which I really appreciate, and they're usually able to get me in and out pretty quickly without making me feel rushed. They're also really gentle with my feet and always make sure I'm comfortable throughout the whole pedicure. The prices are honestly some of the most affordable I've ever paid for a pedicure. I've gone to other places and been charged way more for basically the same thing, so I really appreciate how reasonable their prices are here. I've always been happy with how my toes turn out, and the staff is consistently kind and welcoming.
