Throughout the appointment, the technician kept pulling and jerking my hands instead of handling them gently, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the nail work itself was horrible. The design looked nothing like the reference photo, the shape was unflattering, and the overall quality was disappointing. I came back the same day because I genuinely didn't like the result, but they refused to fix it, saying it was "too soon." I paid for a professional service and received poor customer service, poor workmanship, and zero willingness to make things right. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon.

My mom is a spanish speaker, but she's gotten so many pedicures done they understand what she needs for her in grown nails. I don't know if it was miscommunication or the lady who did it being new, but they seriously hurt her. They poked her and didn't acknowledge her pain or apologize either. She had to get some of her toenail removed professionally. She had trouble walking, she couldn't even stand on her feet, and couldn't even wear any shoes or sandals. It won't let me upload a picture of the nail and cartilage they had to remove from my moms toe due to the blood, but it was insane. She's in a cast now healing from the pain. The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.
