I have been a customer of Bliss for many years and preferred it years ago before the ownership changed. Before, I could count on the same person threading my brows and she always did a fabulous job and was kind and friendly. I continued to go here because the lady that was always there after it changed hands was still pretty consistent. But the latest person that threaded my brows took way too much off and after months and months they still have not grown back. They are not even shaped properly either, not at all symmetrical. This was my go-to neighborhood spot but sadly I will not be returning. Instead I need to look for a microblading place to fix the damage they caused.

I never felt fully satisfied with them and would still end up using brow makeup to correct them ( which defeats the purpose of getting your brows microbladed and/or tattooed ). My lash girl had her brows done by Ally so I decided to get a consultation with her after my lashes. Ally was a perfectionist and you knew she knew what she was doing within 15 mins of her drawing on my potential brows. I literally made my appt that day and put down a deposit. Flash forward to the day of our ombré brows procedure and Ally spent maybe 30-45 mins drawing on my brows until it was PERFECT. She's knowledgeable of her service and craft, she's funny, she's cool and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Yes, she used numbing cream and there was only slight discomfort in the beginning when she had to break the skin to get the numbing cream to absorb into the skin. I absolutely LOVE my brows. I repeat, LOVE MY BROWS. I came back recently after quarantine for my touchup and I healed in about a week. I'm asian with minimal brows and now I wake up to a full arch and brows that look like I already have makeup on.

Rachel took time to listen to what I wanted and also to draw an outline to make sure I would be happy with the shape and design. I wanted a natural look to both my eyebrows and my eyeliner. The whole process took about 2 hours. There was some redness and eye lid swelling especially on the second day so I would suggest ice packs for the eye lids. The facility is very clean and there are partitions for privacy. A small parking lot is available on Beverly. Price for both eyebrow and eyeliner are very reasonable compared to elsewhere. Touch up after the initial 4 weeks is included in the price. Rachel has about 30 years of experience in the beauty industry so you can trust her work.

I also just love the fact that Michelle took her time mapping out my brows and adjusted accordingly to my preference. It's so nice waking up with even, filled brows now. I don't even bother putting makeup on my brows unless I'm doing a heavy makeup look. My morning routine for work has significantly decreased by a good 15 mins everyday as well. I will say, the process was very painful despite the numbing cream so please be aware of that. And it's a weird chalkboard-scratching feeling as well. Otherwise, you end up looking amazing so beauty is definitely pain in this case. My eyebrows healed nicely as well. I did two sessions: one initial and one retouch.
