I pop in here from time to time and there is usually a short wait. I do the eye brow threading and they do a wonderful job. I chose to do the tint and she did a beautiful job. So far from why I can tell it's been consistent the few times I have stopped in. Things to note: if you use a card to pay, there is a $2 up charge. No masks worn and no cleaning the chairs or anything in between clients. Cleanliness especially right now is key in places like this which is why I deducted one star. read more

This is a decent eyebrow threading place. If you're looking for a place that cares about customers and not only making profit this is not the place for you. I do not recommend getting any wax services done by anyone at this location. The First Lady walked me into a room and did my armpits. She left all the hair the hair broken and was not waxed at all. The second lady that did a full leg wax. She tugged an area so much it left it red and purple immediately. I was expected to pay FULL price and I was left with stubble and a horrific bruise. I came here to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted, she did okay on the threading and then began to tint them, when I looked at them they looked beyond uneven with the dye on, one was curved the other was square. I asked her to wipe the one off I didn't like she said no it will be fine when I'm done. I said no I don't like it she said just wait until I wipe it off, then proceed to try and "fix it" by threading the whole top corner of my brow off! They look absolutely terrible and now I have to wait for my eye to grow in again. I will never come here again. Listen to your customers when they tell you something isn't right please. read more

Oh my gosh are you kidding me??? In and out in ten minutes. I've waxed all my life and decided to try threading because the wax darkens my melasma. It was not painful. No strays left behind. Perfectly matching pair. No redness. Umm and only $8? Never gonna wax EVER again! This is the BEST place to get your brows threaded. I have tried SO MANY PLACES and the prices were high and service wasn't that awesome. I was never satisfied until one of my good good had recommended this place. Ever since I have been here, I have never gone else where. They had not messed up on my brows once. They also do eyebrow tints for only $15! And it looks natural. She showed me a picture and it looks great' the next time I come back, I want to try it. The lady who did my eyebrows was really nice. I let her know I was new and never done threading before and she was super patient with me. My skin is really sensitive so my eyes water really badly when I get them waxed and they did when I got them threaded today and I had to wipe my eyes at least 4-5 times throughout the process and she was super patient. I am defiantly going to return when I need them done again. $8 for threading an $15 for tinting! They charge an extra $2 if your paying card btw read more

I stopped by for eyebrows. I asked if they were cash only and they said no they take cards but failed to mention the $2 fee. I wanted my eyebrows and under my chin. They said that was technically my neck which no place has ever said that to me. So since they were gonna charge me $20 I said heck why not do my whole face for $30. So she did my sideburns, under my chin and eyebrows and was done. I said wait that's not whole face she then said she will since I did your neck that's an extra $10 so would be $40 if I did your lip or chin. So then I said what is half neck vs whole neck she says just under your chin but explains to me how she went further down. It was so frustrating. It was like anything to add more $. Full face should be the full face and under the chin. I didn't even need my neck done but apparently under chin is considered neck not chin! She was very quick missed details I had to point out. I used to come here all the time and always left happy, fast forward to tuesday the 16th i went in around 6:30pm for an eyebrow thread and the older lady who used to do a wonderful job threaded my eyebrows horribly. they were beyond crooked and super uneven and i have pretty thick eyebrows and have never had an issue. when i asked her to even then out she threaded them so thin i have never seen my eyebrows like this. DO NOT COME HERE. i had a 10 day vacation planned the day after and my eyebrows look awful. please take ur business elsewhere. read more

Honestly I'm not a kiss and tell kind of gal BUT when it comes to finding a gem, I blab. I read Elite* Sabrina's wonderful review about the ladies at Brow Artz. I was in awe that someone could remove hair with string and their teeth. Perhaps I went for sheer curiosity or the shock value I was expecting but I'm still amazed. As much as I'd love to say I caught her name when I walked it, it slipped my mind when she frowned at my eyebrows. The glance moved down to my arms, she shook her head. I knew it was going to get hairy- or less hairy if I stayed. The nice lady told me to recline and that I was not allowed to tweeze my own face hedges anymore, she was appalled. A string in her mouth and another whirling above my head was creating a masterpiece. I thought maybe I could make excuses about the steroids I take for MS causing freakish hair growth like Ebenezer Scrooge but to no avail. I decided we had removed enough to let other folks know I wasn't the grinch so I figured lets do the leg wax! Oh Sweet 8 lb Baby Jesus. Or Oprah. Or Tom Cruise... They weren't really acting like we were in the middle of a pandemic (no mask requirements, not wiping off chair hand rests between customers, leaving used service products piled on station cabinets...) but we were careful on our own so we made it in and out fine. read more

I went in to have my brows and lip threaded. She ask me if I wanted my chin done and I said I have two hairs and she proceeded to do my whole chin. I told her to stop and when I paid she charged me for my chin. I did not want or need it done and she might have known that but she never got off her phone through the whole service. It has been two days and I still have sores under my eyebrows and a rash on my lip and chin. I have never had so much as an irritation from threading. I'm not sure if it from the threading or maybe germs from not cleaning. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

I will never wax or pluck again!! I'm a hairstylist, and after over - waxing and over-plucking, by poor eyebrows looked like Spock eyebrows. I am in the process of growing them back, but I was tired of having man-brows. After reading the great reviews, I gave them a try. EXCELLENT! I told her I was growing the middle out, she agreed, and even left other parts alone. I was expecting a tad cleaned up, but she did awesome! Found this threading place here on Yelp! I went on July 4th so I called first to be sure they were open and they where. When my daughter and I went in to have our eyebrows threaded, we were greeted quickly. The threader was servicing another customer but we didn't have to wait long. She threaded my daughters eyebrows quickly and with nice results. She did the same for my eyebrows. She also convinced me to get my lip threaded (which I didn't feel I needed because I had just shaved it a few days prior ) but it was a lot less painful then in the past. She only charged $8 each for the eyebrow threading and $5 for the lip. If I lived in the area I would defiantly return and recommender to others. read more

I stopped in because I had gone too long between waxings and couldn't get into my regular gal last minute. I drove by and they had a $8 special sign out and thought I would give it a try. The shop is clean and set up with three chairs for threading. The technician was friendly but no nonsense or chit chat. If you haven't done threading before, the tech hold string in her mouth and basically twists hair out of its root. It's not terribly comfortable but she was pretty quick. The only reason I didn't add another star was that she didn't ask anything about the shape or arch I was wanting. Maybe she could tell based on my current situation but I always like new people to ask about shape and/or map out the proper brow shape. AMAZING! I paid $8 for the eyebrow threading and then an extra $5 for a lip wax and it was incredible. The wax didn't burn me and it was quick and virtually painless! I didn't catch the lady's name that did my brows but she was super patient because it was my first time. She shaped them up so nicely, I can't wait to show my boyfriend! I went here to get a lash lift an tint. by day two my lashes were crumbled in balls and breaking off , I guess she over processEd them Is what other lash techs told me ,my lashes were so tightly curled when I put mascara on they balled up ! I couldnt even squeeze a strip on to get between them ! I am so upset ! I've used oil and it's been 3 weeks now and my lashes are still ruined , before I had beautiful long thick lashes. when I went to ask for a refund and show them what happen , they insisted my lashes were not burnt , even tho they were balled up ! I asked for a picture of professional license and this place could not produce any type of Certificate. Do not go here not a professional establishment , they have no licenses to preform these procedures. read more

I always get my eyebrows threaded here. I highly recommend this place. The ladies are super super sweet and very talented! My eyebrows always come out perfect, never too thin nor thick. They are very quick and cheap, only $8 to get your eyebrows threaded. I've never gotten anything else done here but they seem to be pretty popular. The location itself is clean and organized. I recommend this place to all my friends! It's a million times better than getting your eyebrows waxed at an everyday nail salon - where they 99% of the time thin out your eyebrows waaayyy too much. I looked this place up on yelp and they had a 5 star rating and seeing as I'm new in town. And there were not very many options for this kind of service As I am accustom to, I gave it a try. Was serviced right away, and although she didn't ask me what I was looking for in a shape, I rarely encounter a threader who DOES ask anyway . But I do tell her about my thinning that I was concerned about near my t- zone area and she had already noticed and told me that they can handle that no problem. But that I would have to not over pluck or if possible check back in with them every 2 weeks to make sure that they are being shaped properly for growth ... I also got upper lip, I'm Hispanic. So I have these upper lip issues :-P. I don't think I ever get used to the discomfort of an upper lip threading. But she was thorough and quick. So that's always a plus My bill came out to 12$!! So cheap! For great looking eyebrows and no redness after :-) she gave me a brochure. And based on their prices for a Brazilian. I will definitely be giving them a try when the time comes :-) read more

Ok so I am taking my rating down to 3 stars from my previous 5. I had a great 1st experience and my second was ok. On my 2nd they did my Brazilian and legs. While my Brazilian was ok my legs here a bit spotty and it was long enough hair to take to the wax. I kind of just overlooked and decided it was just that one time so I went back a 3rd time. I like the ladies they are really nice so wanted to give another chance. I got Brazilian & underarms. Ok the Brazilian was unusually painful and i had so many missed spots and same with my underarms. It was far too much missed hair of appropriate length. I do like how they thread my brows but unfortunately I'm not going to be returning after my last experience. read more
