The tow truck driver recommended this shop to us, the front desk person that our hotel recommended this shop, and a random person in the elevator did also. The was within 2 miles of the hotel. The shop was able to take the vehicle in right away, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote within an hour while I waited there in a nice comfortable customer lounge they provide provided. The at the front desk of the shop was extremely personable, helpful, and reassuring. They were able to secure the parts and do the repairs in about two hours and get me on my way. There were no surprises between their estimate and the final cost, which I also found to be very fair. I cannot recommend this Shop highly enough!

From AutoZone's website page for Price Match: * You need evidence of a lower price for the product. * The product must match features like those found at AutoZone. * The other store's price must be current and verifiable. * Additionally, the Autozone 'Price Match Guarantee' only applies to in-stock items. * Lastly, AutoZone will only match prices with companies in the same geographic area. So, if you want your price match request to be accepted, you'll need to meet the requirements listed below. I printed out the price of some 75w90 Valvoline gear oil from a NAPA brick-n-mortar store that you can literally see from the AutoZone store. When I got to the register with $80 of gear oil, the manager started to hem & haw about how they won't price match with NAPA. After I proved that I had met AutoZone's own criteria for price matching, he decides to say, "We don't price match with NAPA because they're not one of our competitors." Huh? Then he adds, "Let me look at that price," and he exclaims like a preacher on Sunday morning, "Oh, I can't do that anyway," like NAPA's pricing for the Valvoline is some kind of a scam and that's why he can't match it. Which excuse is it? You don't match NAPA ever or their price is beyond your capability? I get it, reviews like this don't change people's mind. When you need an *overpriced* wiper blade, fine.
