This week, my car was filthy. I picked the "The Time" package, which includes a hand wash, clean all windows, wipe down dash, clean rims, and vacuum. $15 for a mid-size, $16 for a full size. Confusion #1: I drive a 4-door Prius and was charged $16. So what if I was in my normal set of wheels....a full size Tundra? The Prius is my daily commuter (50 mpg!) and is much smaller than a lot of other vehicles. Why am I charged the full price? The guy I asked said it's because it's a sedan. Ugh. That's a little ridiculous but I'm not going to argue over $1. Confusion #2: I verbally listed what the package includes when he picked up my keys. He said "Oh, you want the dash wiped down? Ok. We'll go ahead and include that." .....Keys are back in an hour...I give a $20 and a $10, he doesn't offer any change back, but hey, my car was filthy and they were fast. It's also Christmas and I wanted to throw a few bucks at them. I let him keep it. Break for lunch, car looks great from the outside. Nicely vacuumed on the inside. The dash wasn't wiped down. NOTHING was wiped down. I just gave them $30 to run it through a car wash and vacuum the floors. I call back, the person who answered apologized and said someone would be back the next morning to finish the job. It never happened. I feel robbed. Usually awesome service, but this time was a let down. Would have been much cheaper to run it through the car wash at a gas station

Friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working and VERY detail oriented. He put everything back exactly where it needed to be, and I wasn't even expecting that to be part of the service.
