We were traveling with our Airstream International from Auburn, Alabama, back to Houston, TX, when we realized late Sunday night that one of our tires had a hole. Being a Sunday, there wasn't much we could do, but we were referred to Bruce Duhe Tire and decided to give them a call first thing Monday. From the moment we reached out, their team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and reassuring. They had the exact tire we needed in stock, so we made the trip to their shop. Not only did they quickly replace our tire, but we also got to meet their adorable shop cat--such a fun touch! What really stood out was how they went above and beyond. They offered to let us bring the Airstream back to their shop so they could check all the tires to ensure our journey back to Houston would be safe. The experience with the owner, Bruce Duhe, was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I dropped off my RV Motorcoach to have the front steering tires replaced. A few hours later, I was informed that my RV was ready, and the tires had been replaced. Upon arrival at Duhe Tires, I found my RV parked on the roadside in front of the shop. After settling the payment, I discovered grease and dirt on the captain's seats and the rug inside. The rims/wheels were also dirty, greasy, and scratched. I reported this to the front desk employee, who had another worker attempt to clean the seats and floor, and took the rug to wash out the grease and dirt. The employee claimed that cleaning the rims/wheels would remove the grease and scratches. However, after a professional detailing, it was clear that the rims/wheels were significantly scratched and damaged. I informed Duhe Tires, and they requested I return the RV for photographs to assess the repair. They promised a professional would contact me to schedule a repair. The repair specialist, referred by Duhe, concluded that the rims/wheels were irreparable and needed replacement. He accompanied me back to Duhe Tires to inform Bruce Duhe, who then stated, "HE IS NOT PAYING FOR ANY DAMN RIMS" and claimed he would have refused service had he been present initially. I attempted to reason with him, only seeking replacement for the damaged rims/wheels. At that point I had get my attorney involved to get them to replace the rims/wheels. read more

We are just flabbergasted! Our extended valve stem on our motorhome broke off and the tire was losing air fast. We called an RV repair shop who referred us to Bruce Duhe Tire. They replaced the valve stem on our dually and checked all the tires. It took 2 hours and was a lot of work. We were expecting a monster bill, as is usually the case. When we saw the bill, it significantly low. Fantastic service and competence at Bruce Duhe! No hourly rate, just efficient service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended! read more

Twice now I have had a nail in my tire- both times I was able to pull up at 7 AM and be out of there by 7:20 and be at work on time- these men are fantastic, they give your car their full attention from the time you walk in the door until the job is done. I've used this business a few times to replace tires on my car. I drive a 2014 Lexus IS. HOWEVER, I will never use them again after the way they treated me today. Went in about 20 minutes before they closed because I can't choose when my tires have nails in them. The manager said he would put the spare on but couldn't get to me till next day. I decided a donut would not be a good idea because I have a 45 min drive to work at 7am so i needed to get the tire taken care of today. I asked the gentleman in the garage to please put a little air in it so I could make it down the road. He said the manager told him not to put any air in the tire. One minute later the manager came out screaming and yelling at me saying he told me he wouldn't put air in my tires and to leave... I paid for these tires at Bruce Duhe. I understand it's the end of your work day and you can't replace the tire today. But at least help your customers to the next place that's open long enough to service the 9-5 work day people. I am appalled at their customer service and I'll never be back. I would never yell at someone who has been a loyal customer and spent their money with me. read more
