I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. They have morning Saturday hours so I went to pick up and buy the salt on Saturday. The person I interacted with was polite and professional. I will update this if I do business with them again. I appreciate the availability of the Duracube "Iron out" salt on a Saturday morning for pick up. (A lot of other places around AA do not have Saturday hours, and it is hard to get to them before they close during the normal work week).
