It's hard to believe how much Sieler's Water System has improved our very hard water. We no longer have lime, calcium, and rust coating everything and shortening the life of several appliances. Clothes wash cleaner, food cooks better, and shampooing now results in softer hair (no more stiff coarse hair). Wished we'd had the softener installed years ago. We needed an updated water softener due to calcium, lime, and rust issues with our original water softener. We made an appointment, and Mr. Sieler, himself, came to our home to give us an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He explained options we could use on our original water softener if we wanted to keep the costs down. He never pushed us to get a new softener, but we asked him about this ourselves. He explained what would work best for us. Due to his information, we decided on a new water softener that would be appropriate for our needs. We set up a date, and the installation was done without any problems. I purchased a house 7 years ago that had a Sieler's system already in it. The system was old, but it still worked very well. My softner stopped working last summer, the day before I was to leave for a vacation. The owner came by after hours to make sure that he got it up and running before I left. He brought along a used motherboard for the system just in case that was the problem. It was. He charged me for a regular service call and that was it. Didn't even try to sell me a new system. 2 weeks ago I had a new Osmosis system installed. I had a couple of questions about it, so I gave them a call this past Friday. Instead of trying to answer my questions on the phone, the lady sent out a technician to answer my questions and to double check that everything was in tip top shape. Very kind and professional. They're in Adrian, my house is in Dexter, but I work in Saline. So that I didn't have to wait all day the service technician called me when he was on his way and we worked out meeting at the house. BIG plus to me. We just bought the house a couple months ago but he was familiar with the history of the device from working with it before. He explained how he trouble-shooted the problem (and what I should look for in the future), what the fix was and walked me through the programing of the unit. About a week after the work was done Mrs. Sieler called to ask if I was happy with the service, had questions, etc. Great service from good people. read more

We have really enjoyed using Sieler's Water Systems. They did a major installation in 2015. They were in and out in no time at all. They picked up after themselves and did a great job. I enjoy straight well water for health reasons and accessing it is very easy with this system. The effect that the treated water has on my washer, toilets, sinks and showers has exceeded my expectations. This water system has cut my cleaning in half. I wish we would have done this sooner. This is the second year that we have had salt delivered to our home and they bring it right to the basement and stack it where we want it. read more
