Stopped going there 2 years ago; the color was good. But the prices were outrageous. I could not leave there without spending $250 which is far too much for me. They not only style and color your hair, they pester you with sales for product as you leave. Granted, they offer wine and give a spa experience (none of which I wanted -- just do my hair please) but it is still very very $$$$$$$$. IMHO read more

I went for a consultation for a color. Correction I asked, and I begged for my hair not to be bleached and the least amount of damage so I would not lose any more hair or have any more damage than I was already coming I was assured that my would not break not get would look fabulous when it was done they corrected the color, although not perfectly the way I explained to them, but within the month of going, I am losing record They just wanted to pretty penny off of give a crap about what damage they did to my hair. Honestly would never step foot in here again. The set up is awesome and the salon looks like it's always kept clean but my hair stylist that I was given was probably the worst in the store. The first time I came in to set my appointment, the stylist Kate barely even spoke with me, usually a stylist will take their time and speak step by step or give recommendations, but she absolutely did not care and was ready to go. When I came in for my appointment, I asked for a money piece, toner and root smudge. First the money piece was literally yellow. The toner on my hair lasted about 1 wash and was back to normal, and my root smudge wasn't even seen. I still see the line where the blonde comes in. I am extremely upset since I had to go on vacation. Kate needs to be a little bit more social with her new customers as I was looking for a permanent hairstylist. Not to mention I wanted to cut my tips, no more than 1 inch and it was a charge of 60 something for shoulder length hair! They must be on something but never again read more

The salon is beautiful and very well kept. The people are friendly but I feel my hairdresser doesn't understand the color of hair I want. I am a blond and my roots are dark. On my first visit there I showed my hairdresser a picture of my hair a few years back with my roots blond. This is what I wanted. Lowlights and highlights were put on my hair leaving my roots dark. I told them on the second to correct this and showed them the picture of me again. STILL on the second visit my roots are again dark. Looks just the same as before. I am hesitant to go back a third time to correct a mistake they made on the first visit. Be cautious of what happens to your hair color when you go to this salon! read more

I had to have my haircut to a much shorter style for my job and I was very nervous. My hair was down to my hips and shorter hair is not usually my style. My dad recommended I have his old friend Bruce do my hair at his salon in Florida. We were in Florida on holiday and we are from Louisville Kentucky. He cut all of my hair off and made it absolutely beautiful!!! I let him do whatever he thought would work best for me and I absolutely love it! Bruce and his employees are extremely knowledgeable and know exactly what who'll work for you! He also colored my hair, which I also let him pick the color, and it looks amazing! First time there and I got my hair trimmed. My hair is to the shoulder so it was trimmed to smooth the ends. I mentioned one side was longer, but she insisted not. The next two people I ran into said one side was longer. But here is the real issue I was charged $68.00 for my trim. The highest in town! Recently I was in Cape Coral caring for my elderly mother and she desperately needed a haircut. Luckily I happened up Bruce Todd's Salon. After making an appointment with the friendly receptionist we came back the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to know our stylist was Brue Todd. Everything about my mom's appointment was magical! She was treated so special by everyone! She is in a wheelchair and they were patient, gentle, and so very kind. Mom said that she didn't think she would ever feel pretty again. Bruce made her feel beautiful! She kept saying he was a magician!!! On our way out the most precious receptionist patted mom's hand and with tears in her eyes said how much she enjoyed meeting her today. My wife called and made an appointment for a hair cut, she asked how much and they said it depends on the length of her hair, when the cut was done she was charged $42.00. She returned 9 months later for the same style hair cut and they charged her $62.00!! didn't understand why the $20.00 increase when her hair was shorter than before. I have just moved from Wisconsin to Florida and was very nervous about finding a new salon after being with my previous stylist for more than 20 years. A year ago I moved to Cape Coral. I left New Jersey and I also left my hair Stylist. It took 15 years to find her, she was the only person that knew my hair better than me. I came down here and I knew it was going to difficult to find someone who could come close to what I was used to. I literally went through four hair salons in the hope that someone could cut a simple pixie . I had just given up with this quest when I noticed this hair salon that had great reviews. This was singularly the best decision aside from moving to Cape Coral, I have ever made. FANTASTIC ! - what a find i was visiting the cape coral area and i found this salon on a google search. i was happy with my current colour and cut it just needed re doing as i had not visited a salon in the 8 weeks i had been away from home. i had a consultation with Bruce he suggested something slightly different which i was happy to try. Heather showed me around the salon and explained how they work and even showed me the colours out back. i used the salt scrub thoughtfully provided in the ladies room and then had a complimentary hand massage whilst my colour was taking. Donna cut my hair and i am delighted with it. Bruce then applied hi lites and low lites. i had a conditioning treatment also. Bruce used moroccan oil on my hair before blow drying it to finish. i purchased the moroccan oil from the salon ( it has a high level of argan oil) Which i have been using, does what us says on the bottle ! i didnt think it was possible for my coloured blonde hair to shine - but it does. i highly recommend this product wish i had of known about it before. The salon has a relaxed but professional atmosphere. i cannot recommend it enough. i had a wonderful afternoon and came out looking A MILLION DOLLARS !! my husband thought so too !!!!
