I originally tried to order off the web site which was not working and I let the owner know this. The owner was lovely and took my order. My niece was thrilled with the arrangement showing up "same day order" on her birthday. She said, "The flowers are gorgeous" The owner texted me a photo of the arrangement and that the driver was doing the delivery. I highly recommend Petal Heaven!!! 5 out of 5 stars! I called from Boston and this made my niece's day! Thank you so much for the gorgeous arrangement and the incredible service!! I promise to always order from Petal Heaven!

They sent something laughably different ( I do understand that substitutions sometimes need to be made and I have realistic expectations). I called and spoke to the owner, who said they had to make edits, omitting some of the flowers because they were in poor condition, which is why it wasn't similar to the arrangement I purchased. The flowers were already turning brown when they were finally delivered. My phone number was the contact number, I never received a call or I would have picked them up myself. This florist is open on Saturday, why were they not delivered then? 3. The attached card was a joke, a folded piece of colored paper printed so poorly the words were cut off and letters trailing on the next line. I keep all the cards I have from flowers I have received from my husband stationed oversees in the Air Force, this one made me cry it was so terribly printed. When I called Friday they stated that the order has a different delivery date. They were able to fill the order last minute and deliver the order the next day. They were very accommodating. I saw their good ratings and decided to call to place an extra special order. I don't know who answered the phone, but the lady answered the phone with a rude demeanor and then let out a big sigh when I told her I was interested in placing a flower order! Before I could go any further, she stated that she wasn't delivering any more flowers today. Mind you, it is only 12 pm. I gladly took my business elsewhere. I didn't even need a same day delivery, but the way in which I was treated made me cringe with disgust toward the lack of professionalism and friendliness I received.
