I called ahead and they had everything I needed. I called back and asked to add soma few things to my order. The woman on the phone rudely said, "it's already packed." I was so stunned that I just hung up. Why not ask if I would like to start a second order? When walked in and told the woman behind the counter that I had an order, it immediately became clear from her voice that it was The same woman I spoke with on the phone. But she acted like I was someone new to her. I told her I had an order, and she acted as if it was the most preposterous thing anyone has ever said. She screwed her face up and said, lwhat are you talking about, for what?" I won't type out the whole in exchange, but she happily walked me out pointed at a few things and said, "they're right here! Where it says curbside pick up!" Meanwhile, my order was blocking the sign that said curbside pick up. She just really could've been a nicer human being.
