Since then, it's been a nightmare. We've brought the car back five times to address the emissions issue alone. Each time, the dealership assured us the issue was fixed, but the car still failed emissions. They even had us drive 1,500 miles just to "read" the catalytic converter, which still didn't resolve anything. Eventually, they claimed to fix the problem, only for the car to break down on our way home, leaving us stranded. After three months in their shop with no reliable results, they promised to refund our payments, cover insurance premiums, and buy back the vehicle for over $5,000 to pay off our loan. They even sent a photo of a cashier's check they said was coming to us. But nearly a month went by, and no check ever arrived, nor did they pay off the loan. Out of desperation, we asked them to repair the vehicle again, but it's been five months without a resolution. They have had the car more than we have, and my son, whose name is on the title with me, has been left without a reliable vehicle. This dealership has been unreliable and dishonest, stringing us along with broken promises and poor service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I waited for the owners of the truck and confronted them. They were cooperative and told me where they had purchased the truck from and it was from MUNOS AUTO SALES! Right off the bat he pretended to call the police (RED FLAG #1). we exchanged some words and he asked where we lived as I pointed into the endless sky he said "oh yeah in Montbello" (RED FLAG #2) my husband then proceeded to show the owner ALL the dents and scratched WE made to them!!! the owner right away got defensive and started laughing saying "if I really wanted to I can remove all the serial numbers and mark them with my company stamp" (RED FLAG #3) We are beyond certain that this company were the ones who stole our rims and tires because our tires had a SPECIFIC lock meant for OUR wheels there was absolute no way a normal person with no auto experience was able to take them off. We also identified ALL our dents and scrapes we made on them. In addition, he stated that he bought the truck with OUR rims all the way in Idaho??? there is no way a truck with OUR rims can travel to Commerce City in less than 24 HOURS!!!!
