    There is nothing redeemable about this dealership- run away, don't walk. Let me start by informing you that if you are thinking about buying an MDX (all the Acura SUVs are probably the same in this regard), the tri-climate system is junk and the servicemen and sales people here truly don't understand how it works. You can't manually adjust the system to decide how much or little air you want coming out and you can't set the back to a different temperature than the front. If it's not set to "auto" you only get extremely hot air coming out of the back so your children will melt, even if the front is being air conditioned. When I complained about this they just kept saying it was "working as designed." The temperature difference was over 10 degrees different in what it blows out, and again, cold air only comes out of the back if it's set to auto. They also kept saying they had looked at a part that was known by Acura to be faulty and it was in perfect condition, but when I took it to another dealership, they said it needed to come out and didn't understand why/how they could have possibly missed it. The dealership who helped me provided a pic and you can see where the foam had melted and was causing some (not all) of the hot air to leak out of the vents. I'm sure they'll say they took my car apart and had looked at everything, but they're either lying or they aren't very good because it's pretty obvious damage. In the pic you can see what it's supposed to look like, versus what mine actually looks like. More recently though, I learned that they either lied to us about our car having previous damage (we bought a used MDX that had been leased from their dealership prior) or their multi-point inspection is horse poop. We had to bring in our car for a repair, after a minor accident recently, and you can see where the fender had been previously glued together to fix a crack. In summary, go to another dealership who actually backs their cars and will do the right thing. They don't back their cars, know enough about them or care about their customers.

    Car buying experience nightmare. I've been in the business of buying and selling cars for some time now. I've worked with countless dealers, sales reps, F&I, managers etc. On this particular experience, I felt like I was being more scammed out of my money by an untruthful staff than any other dealer experience, ever. The trade vehicle I brought in was offered by 9 other dealers (yes, 9 other dealers from Denver to Fort Collins at. 42,000). I was offered 38,000 and told it was the absolute most they could give me after they "called every dealer from here to Las Vegas". This was all after an hour of negotiation. Next was the dealership was attempting to close a deal on me at 5.9% apr when I am approved from outside lenders at 1.5% apr. I was also told I was not allowed to take the invoice they gave me home because it was "illegal" and had MY personal information on it. More like they didn't want people to see the terrible rates they were offering. I wish I could go more into detail on this but please don't be fooled by smiles and a bottle of water. This dealer does not have flexibility and will try to profit off of a monthly payment WITHOUT showing you the apr. Illegal and unacceptable. ALSO. They tried to claim that if I didn't trade my car in and I wouldn't get my tax break. Claiming that if I buy the car in CO I HAVE to register it in CO despite my residency being Wisconsin. What does this mean?? They would have profited more of my money because Wisconsin's sales tax is MUCH lower than CO! The picture is their monthly rate without telling me APR. This is about 5.9-7%. Regardless of being approved for 1.5.

When I showed up and found the car in the lot I found it was full of hail damage. Neither the listing or DJ told me about this. The rear cargo area also had old parts from a previous service repair (that was never removed, I took it home with me). After figuring out a deal that they agreed to repair some of the more obvious damage. I was left at the VW store waiting on finance. During the finance process I was asked if I wanted aftermarket warranty, which I declined. As I went to sign on the iPad I found that the pop up covers up what I was agreeing to. I close it and found that Key coverage and GPS location service was selected. I had already stated to DJ I did not want the GPS service. They said it already in the car, implying that there was nothing they could do. It can be removed and I do not want it. But in finance it was on the deal. I had to remind everyone again that I did not want that. Finally everything was off the deal and I was just paying for the car. Eventually, when I wanted the hail damage repaired, DJ told me that the were "weeks out" and I can get a quote from someone local to me and have Tynan pay them. After I sent them the quote from someone I found locally ($1500), they asked If I could have them match "their guys" price($1200). I declined to ask some business owner that I have no relationship with to lower his price. Eventually we agreed on Dec 13th for the hail repair. We dropped of the vehicle around 6:30pm on Thursday night. Their shop does no have a night drop box with envelopes, you just throw your key through a whole in the door. Also, the parking lot is block off so your vehicle is parked on the street. DJ told me when we agreed on the Dec 13th that the repairs will take one day. I heard nothing from them until 4:00pm that the car will be one the following day. We had plans that we needed the vehicle for Saturday morning (Dec 14th). I could not get a clear reason the vehicle wasn't completed or if it was even work on. We have to move around things for Saturday and was finally contacted by DJ at 2:30pm that the vehicle would be ready in 30 min. My wife picked up the vehicle and we found that some dent were not repaired. DJ said, "they are something other then hail". The we owe that we all signed states "repair hail and other dents on hood as well as driver's side front and rear panels". Saying that is something "other then hail" is extremely frustrating and dishonest. They did not repair the vehicle as they said they would and cannot be trusted. I'm not sure if is lack of ability or they just don't care but DJ and others at this store and Tynan are extremely difficult to deal with. I do not regret buying this Tiguan but I do regret buying from Tynan. I have worked at several dealerships throughout my career and it isn't hard to be honest, caring and do what you agree to, while still making money. After Tynan, DJ and Troy were paid they did not make any effort to make it right.

Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

I had…read morevisited this dealership several years ago, when it was under different ownership, and I was not happy and didn't return for 7 years. I noticed it was under new ownership, Larry H. Miller, and decided to give it a whirl since I was in the market for a new truck. I showed up and was immediately greeted by Joey S. and I told him what I was looking for and he immediately showed me the models I wanted to see. This guy was a rock star and very attentive. He didn't pressure and was very patient as I drove several different trucks. This guy hustled to move cars around so I could get to the vehicles I wanted to drive and I was impressed with his work ethic. When it came time to negotiate I didn't have to go through several back and forths, it only took one bounce back and the floor manager, Bryan, came to help seal the deal. He showed me his numbers and I showed him mine and we came to an agreement. Straight forward and clean. Bryan was very easy to deal with and the numbers worked out. Nobody likes to be at a dealer and do the closing routines but this was relatively painless. If you come in armed with information it will help the process greatly. All in all, at this point in time, I would come back. I will update soon with service ratings once I go in for my oil changes.

Unfortunately I had car trouble while on a road trip and needed repairs before I could continue on my trip. They kept my car for 4 days before even looking at it and then didn't communicate at all, leaving me in a hotel for almost a full week (for a work that was completed in one day). I had to call multiple times each day just to get to basic info. Also, my service provider left early for the day, without any update. If I hadn't been in a bind, I would have taken my car and left. Terrible. I cannot recommend their service department any less.
