When I opened my email on Sunday, yes Sunday, there was a message from Jay! I gave him my phone number, he called promptly & we set the estimate appointment for Tuesday. I found Jay to be very personable & knowledgable and reasonable with his pricing. He squeezed us in for the same week! They came on Thursday and completed the work within 4 hours, we were thrilled. We found the service by Jay & his guys to be an excellent experience. They were all personable, experienced & professional. When we called to express our frustration and disappointment, the owner made excuses, got agitated, and then hung up on us. We requested a refund of our deposit due to extremely poor customer service, lack of communication and answering phone calls/emails, and no one showing up on the appointment date without notice. The owner has refused to refund our money and has been ignoring our emails. Do not hire this company!!! They are not trustworthy and have nonexistent customer service!
