? Really? There are customers sitting in the booths eating now...
    Molly M.

I love coffee & bagels more than I could possibly explain, but was so disappointed by this Brueggers on Grand Avenue. There's a sign on an unused table stating that the eat-in option isn't available but the booths & other tables have customers eating at them. The place itself looks dirty, not great customer service either when getting a coffee to go. They must do a huge pickup/delivery service because the ambiance isn't friendly. Sorry Brueggers, next time I will go a few blocks and enjoy my bagel & coffee at a sit down coffee shop establishment.

What happened to the Brueggers I grew up on for 15 years?!! This location has gone downhill fast. I was hoping that my last two times being here in the last six months were just flukes and not representative of the state of the store. Unfortunately I was wrong. This store is filthy!!! Floors and counters filled with crumbs and trash. Service is slow and poor. The feeling of the store is just sad. The seating area is not taken care of nor welcoming for guests .Don't go on a busy weekend morning as their new system of ordering creates waits of 25-30 minutes with no organization. I pray the store, and owners take their store back and restore it. Otherwise, I don't see it lasting much longer. I will be taking my future Bruegger's orders to a cleaner, more efficient, and better service location. DO NOT GO HERE!

    Do you own a vacuum

This place is filthy. I didn't realize how dirty it was until after we ordered our food. It's clear from the reviews that no one is taking any action to make this better. Just don't eat here.

You can never go wrong with a breakfast bagel. Woke up early and was in a mood for a delicious bagel. So happy that Bruegger's was open. Bruegger's makes the best bagels, hands down.

When it comes to bagel chains, Bruegger's is my first choice. The bagels are always super fresh, soft and chewy any time of the day. And I'm a huge fan of their breakfast sammies! The wife and I needed a little Saturday morning pick-me-up without much effort so Door Dash was where it was at. Pictured: Farmhouse Bagel Sandwich -- fresh-cracked eggs, slices of savory peppered bacon, ham, cheddar cheese and country pepper cream cheese on a toasted Cheesy Hash Brown Bagel. This specific location is a bit hard to find parking and is always busy, but if you're opting for delivery that's the way to go.

Bagels are good, no cream/sugar out for coffee, no napkins out, dirty/poorly stocked bathrooms. Staff friendly though

Far too slow. Busy location - took 20 minutes to get a single bagel. Now I know why this is a once every 2 years stop.

Loved the brick oven vibe and open airy room of the shop. My first visit came with a welcomed tutorial of the place, a quick overview of what they sell, and some recommendations. I opted for their signature bread (the Razava loaf) and was not disappointed. It's a multigrain sourdough and it was delicious. So many air bubbles. Crisp crust. Rich middle. Awesome with peanut butter. I also wanted to try a bagel and a chocolate chip cookie. All my choices were fantastic. Service was excellent. Vibe was homey. On street parking was easy. I would first note, the food menu is pretty limited, but if you're looking for bread or bagels to take home, you have lots of options. I got a latke pita with an egg and a seasonal latte. Hubs had a burrata and tomato and also had a latte. While both were delicious, our bill with tip was over $60. I think the price point is just a little too high for what you get. I would definitely come back for some bread to go, but, even though it was good, just could not recommend food because of the price.

No more butter, no more fine ingredients and no more of their once " Grossinger's taste/quality" STELLAR seeded rye bread! They even eliminated the lemon flavoring. In their incomparable lemon coconut cake! Their stuffed cabbage is one of their only true deli dishes left. Sandwiches are half their original size...... heart breaking after going there 3-4 times a week for 25 years........ Cecil's of course had to cut back on the $$ use of butter in their pastries. But they have WORKED VERY HARD to still retain their wonderous long long ago heart warming flavors. ALL their sandwiches are AUTHENTIC. Old world New York City flavors! Made with care and love. My husband loves their beautiful generous Nova salmon platte. Noshing away happily! I love their pastrami Rachel's with plentiful half sour pickles lots of Russian dressing and creamy Cole slaw.
