I have an oil leak. They changed out a vvt solenoid and gasket. Charged me $940.58 and said it was…read morefixed. I seen the oil leak spot where I park at home looked wet one day and took it back. I told Scott it shouldn't take long to fix it and I'll stay until its fixed. Scott gets on the phone with the owner and in a smart*** tone says yeah this girl here says she put a cardboard box under her car and there's some fluid under it and she thinks it can be fixed in a few minutes. He tells the owner I'm staying with my car. The owner said he was on the way. Wolfe got it on the lift and was like yeah you leaking oil. The owner gets there and calls in a pvc washer and hose after looking at the leak. He replaces that no charge and says bring it back in when you got 100-150 miles on it so we can see if it's still leaking oil. I bring it back a few days later with 99 miles extra on it. I bring the UV dye and UV flashlight to pinpoint the exact leaking spot. Got it from Advance. They run it through and the owner Micheal Blackmon says its leaking from the timing wall and its a 4hr job. He tells me to call back in a few days because he has to look up the price online for that job. He wants $988 to fix what wasn't fixed in the first place. They're always super busy, but take the time out of their day to give a helping hand or explain things to you. I was stuck on the side of the road and needed a new tire one night. Every place was closing and wouldn't answer their phones. Except these guys! They were more than willing to help. They stayed after hours and flagged me down when I was driving up to their shop with a smile on their face. Instead of being rude or upset, they were the opposite. They were so caring and considerate. The guy was telling me he'd want someone to do the same for his daughter who's around my age and help her out in a stressful situation. This last time I had an appointment with them. I needed an oil change and my transmission fluid changed out. They were super fast! They always answer when you need them. They're just a short phone call away. They don't make you feel stupid and are more than willing to help you out and explain things to you. I like them the most because they genuinely want you to be safe in a car that runs well. They don't BS with you and are upfront with information without overcharging you for anything. I have owned diesel to gas, convertible to sedan. They have been red, black, brown and blue. They all could have been driven for hundreds of thousands of miles more than I drove them if not for the fact that they all had an untimely death. They have also saved my life several times. Like there was the time I was on my way to a Community Theatre of Greensboro production of Judgment at Nuremburg and was waiting at a stoplight by the baseball stadium. Suddenly, this maniac goes right thru the light, crashes into the ongoing traffic and then flips in the air, bounces on top of my car and lands upside down at the intersection. If not for my heavy duty Mercedes, I am sure I would have been killed. It was totaled and needless to say I was late to the theatre! Or there was the time I was on my way to a performance of Cabaret at CTG and just as I was passing Friendly Shopping Center on Benjamin Parkway a baby deer jumped out in front of me. It escaped but its poor mother who was following close behind crashed right into me, demolishing my car and getting killed. The poor fawn got hit by a car on the other side and died as well. I If not for my heavy duty Mercedes, I am sure I would have been killed. It was totaled and needless to say I was late to the theatre! Everyone used to tell me, "Don't buy a Mercedes! All the parts and service are so expensive." Or," Don't buy a Mercedes. They cost so much money!" Well, I have one answer for them... European Accents! I came upon European Accents via Mike, may he rest in peace, who used to be a client of theirs. Both Greg and Les are amazing mechanics. Knowledgeable, helpful, professional, honest, reliable, punctual, communicative, hardworking and just awesome across the board. Greg has been my man to go to at EA and I have such respect for this guy. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. It it's going to cost $750, that's what it is. And if it can be fixed for $19.99, that is fine with them as well. Over the many years I have been with them they have changed my oil, replaced my radiator, fixed the fan for my heater/AC, saved my butt when stalled on the highway and gave me a ride home when stranded. It is true Mercedes parts might be more expensive that other cars but the tradeoff is that the parts last forever and the car can go for hundreds of thousands of miles. And as far as cost to purchase one, I could never see myself buying a new one, but there is no need to when you work with European Accents, I have purchased my last three cars from them and I have been thrilled with each purchase. The present one I have is a black Mercedes E320 diesel series from 2005 . When new I am sure it cost a pretty penny and was at a price I could not afford. But my purchase thru European Accents as a used car was at a terrific price. It has all the bells and whistles for a 2005 and I feel real classy riding around in it. And most importantly, it has an incredible ride and feels strong and durable on the road or in God forbid an accident of some kind. I don't know where Greg finds these cars, but they are always immaculate, in terrific condition with not too many miles at an affordable price. That's another reason why I love European Accents. I may know a lot about certain things, but I am an ignoramus when it comes to cars. Thank God I have Greg and Les and European Accents who I trust explicitly and always amaze me with their knowledge of every inch of my car. Like an experienced physician, I tell "Dr."Greg the symptoms and after a quick assessment, and upon further examination he solves the problem. Every time!

I took my 2014 Buick Regal in for engine stall/misfire issue. There were two engine lights on, one…read morewas the check engine light and the other was traction stability control. I was told they would have to charge me for a diagnostic service fee to identify the problem on the car in order to be fixed. After paying almost $1300.00 dollars the car is doing the same thing with the same lights flashing on the instrument panel. I was originally told that it would be around $1100.00... I was told they replaced one of the coils and replaced a rapid fire fuel injector. I was also told that the oil was changed as part of the service. I was expected to pay a different price of over $1400.00 when I went to pick up the car and then had to debate that...Come to find out later when a potential buyer of the car was test driving it they returned the car to me stating it was doing the same thing I originally took it in for! I also learned that the service department did not change the oil because the indicator was showing less than 20%. The Receptionist stated to me that they included the oil change...The car is still not fixed and I would not recommend them to anyone buying a new or used car. Especially having any service work done. The service department manager quoted me that the diagnostic tests would fix the problem but they failed to repair properly. I RATE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT A ZERO.
