I'll be honest, the myofascial release therapy was painful for me and I wanted to tap out many times. But Tamara's energy is so soothing I had complete faith in her and made it through. On my good days with pain meds are usually a 5-6 on a scale from 1-10. After my session with Tamara I was at a 1-2, and felt the best I have in years. I didn't realize how careful I've been moving my body to avoid pain, until I didn't need to.
