As advertised on their website, and not performed: they didn't empty the trash bins they did a spotty job on the baseboards (even after I specifically mentioned this in the estimate visit) they didn't clean all the windows, if any the ceiling fans weren't dusted And the cleaning that they did do wasn't thorough- I found pieces of dust under furniture and on counters, and they didn't wipe down all the furniture. On top of it, they broke our kitchen trash bin spring top, and didn't say anything about it. They were also late, which wouldn't have been a big deal except they kept changing just *how* late they were going to be via text. Will not be repeating, and do not recommend.

Unfortunately, I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Background: Hired Busy Ladies to perform a move-in cleaning on a new home. Authorized up to 4 hours of cleaning and would approve addition time if required. Specifically requested that cleaning focus on the insides of cabinets and closets. After providing instructions, I left the property and returned two days later. Cleaning review: The home had been partially cleaned and there were several areas that received a cursory, and not thorough, cleaning. The cleaners missed several big items including an entire section of cabinets in the kitchen (16 to be exact), sections of shelves undusted, and completely missed the faucets in one tub. I spent an additional 2 hours cleaning to complete the job they didn't do. Customer service review: I worked with the owner, Kelly, in an effort to resolve an unsatisfactory service. Kelly offered a $60 discount on future service. I was expecting an offer to complete the work that was partially completed instead of an invitation to reuse a company that has already provided substandard service.
