Brunch Café has been open for a little over a month now and I can say that they've earned themselves a "regular". I've stopped in several times since they've opened and have tried something new each time. So far I haven't had a single meal that I haven't loved - and normally I'm the type of person that orders the same thing every time I go to a restaurant. However, with Brunch Café's extensive menu and wonderfully appetizing daily specials, I've found myself becoming more adventurous with my eating choices. If you're going for breakfast I'd recommend the Stuffed Potato Pancakes - my personal fave so far; and then the Kick My Angus (yes, you read correctly) for lunch - a burger with a bit of "kick" or spice if you will. The prices are definitely fair for the amount of food served - 9 times out of 10 I will leave with some leftovers for later. It's an elegant and relaxed atmosphere; great for meetings, family get-togethers, and catching up with an old friend. Servers are friendly and will often strike up conversation and take interest in you, rather than just "do their job" - and I think that makes them stand out. A server can make or break your entire dining experience - from what I've seen so far that's no issue at Brunch. Management is friendly and down to earth as well. They often will stroll around the restaurant and strike up conversation with patrons and even help remove plates from your table when you're finished. All in all a good place to eat and a great experience to boot. So glad they came to Huntley. From what I've heard, the other locations are just as super. Something happened to my previous review. Ever since the Brunch Cafe Huntley opened I was a regular customer up until late January. In early January I pointed out to the manager, Yanni, that my plate was dirty. Couple days later and I go in he comes to me and yells at me at my table. Standing over me all 6 foot plus tall of him and I am a senior citizen. So he's yelling at me and telling me that I did not complain appropriately. I did not yell at him when I complained I just pointed out to him that the plate had been dirty I was not expecting a free meal. So then later in January I come in and the waitress who Was relatively new put my coffee in front of me and tells me that she's already pre-ordered my meal. I asked her why she pre-ordered and she said she just did and walked away. Well when the order came it wasn't my normal order. And I tried to tell her and she just walked away so I asked the front and manager to come over I wanted to complain about the whole situation instead she said Yanni over. Jan he stands over me once again and tells me I should be appreciative of her efforts. Last time I checked a customer places an order at a restaurant and the restaurant for Phils that order. So I left but I came back the next day only to be told by Yanni that I was no longer welcome at the restaurant because I was a complainer. Be careful when dealing with Yanni he is disrespectful of the regulars and does not like it when anyone points out that something is wrong. Been here three times. First time I wasn't even acknowledged at the door and walked out. Second time I was sat but a server never came to greet or take order so I left. The third time I was there I did get served. I had a country skillet which was average, with a bit higher price. Strawberry orange drink was tasty but didn't come with ice. Mentioned to the manager Brittany about not being served in the past, she apologized but didn't offer to get a server when I was ignored. Below's average service and average food isn't enough for future chances. Unfortunately not much game in town, too bad I really wanted to like this place. One of the best breakfast restaurants I have been to in a long time! My family and I came in one Tuesday and had Jen as our server! She was fantastic! Nothing but smiles, making us feel very welcome. As we had never been there, we had lots of questions, in which she answered promptly and without hesitation. We ordered the Stuffed Waffle, which had the perfect amount of sweetness, a side of sausage links, (that were out of this world!!!), California Crepe (sweet, yet oh, so savory), and the Sweet Potato Skillet with the multigrain pancakes with fresh raspberries on the top! The strawberry and banana crepes are to die for and service is fantastic! Portions are huge! This place has been my go to crave for the last year or so. I've never had anything I don't like there and although it gets very crowded at peak times, service is very efficient and moves quickly. This is my favorite brunch place by far. The food is great. Had a strawberry mimosa with sweet potato skillet. Portions are large and the food is excellent. Servers a pleasant and cheerful. There is often a wait, so call ahead to get on the waiting list. Reservations are only taken for parties of 5 or more. read more

This place was great! Busy early Saturday afternoon we got a table in less than 10 minutes. Food came quickly, drinks were always full, the food was DELICIOUS and we loved that we could take the rest of our drinks to-go! And free suckers?! Truly my family's favorite place to go for breakfast. We go here regularly and the food is delicious. Staff has always been very nice and enjoyable. One hostess, Hannah, always goes above and beyond. I love Brunch but the only downside is they don't offer waffles that are not stuffed and every griddle item must have a glaze on it. Why can't there be normal breakfast food on the menu? Instead it's a bunch of dressed up food. read more
