It is completely handicap and wheelchair accessible and the crew is quick to jump and change something if something is in the way. The coffee in the morning has been the best part of my morning. The All Nighter has extra caffeine in it and I was warned it was that way. Leave it to this guy to test that lol. I had two large cups one morning and boy that had me going all morning! Easy location to get in to and definitely worth your time to say hi to the crew and get to know them. I have been using the Car Wash since the car wash was opened and now all of a sudden I am told that…read moremy van is too long. There is no signage about the length of the vehicles I have seen pickup trucks longer than my van go through there. There hasn't been an issue with the way it washes. I was told that the length of my van messes up the calibration and messes up the wash for the next vehicle. These car washes have sensors that detect when to start and stop and how long to go. My van shouldn't mess a calibration setting up, in all my years as an electronics technician it seems to me that there is something wrong with the car wash system itself if it cannot self calibrate to the vehicles being washed. ALL other car washes have no problems. I will no longer use Jacksons for ANYTHING!!! Very disappointing.
