Since this store is in Disney Springs some of the clothes can get kind of expensive. I've been to other Zara stores in the U.S. and abroad and the prices greatly vary. They do have some good sales and that's the best time to take advantage if you want to add to your wardrobe.

I know that they are probably going to respond to this with the typical boilerplate "contact guest services". However, just like their promise to make things right, it's a useless response to make it seem like something is being done on their end.

Either way it's a chill spot to kill time. The kiosk stands mostly overpriced dupes and reps. Vape stands highly overpriced. Ample trash cans around and pretty clean in general!

Staff isn't particularly friendly. I can't remember the last time I was greeted when entering (not really an issue for me bit I know really bothers some) they get a lot of the newest items which is good bi they don't often restock those items to make space for new drops. They do have an intimately free people section as well as an active and swim section which is great since we do not have any separate store locations in the Orlando area. I don't love some of the donated they have made over the years. For example they use to have these gorgeous carved wood doors and those are long gone. That's not this locations fault-Anthro brands as a whole have been undergoing a general watering down over the past few years. But for a store that is in such a prime location I expect more. I can understand stopping in while on vacation if you live in an area that doesn't have a FP locally, if you, there's nothing special or "Disney" about this location. It's just a general FP store and definitely skippable if you have a store at home.

Everything is laid out so that you don't feel lost or overwhelmed. The clothes are simple, stylish, and actually really good quality for the price. Everything my kids tried on felt comfortable and wearable for everyday outfits. The staff were friendly and the whole experience was just easy and smooth. Self check out was so easy; just place all your items in the bin and it automatically scans everything.

Checkout was an experience I haven't had before. You put your stuff in the bin or whatever and it calculates the total. Very quick; I wish this was the system at the self-checkout in my grocery store.
