The staff was professional and the customer area was clean, organized and check-in was seamless. Got a call the next day with a diagnosis and two options for repair. The hard drive was replaced by late Saturday morning (earlier than promised) and I'm writing this review on my much improved desktop. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

The end result was that Mark Stroud, VP of Operations for the company, took full responsibility for the problem and handled it in a gracious and completely professional manner.
