Promptly a gentleman rang my doorbell in the time frame I was offered. Greg B. came and was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained very well what he suggested we try. All the while he was advising us of the cost for the services he felt were necessary. There was no upselling or gouging that one is worried about. The measures he used were just exactly what was needed and when he was done I was assured the problem was addressed. I was delighted at his honesty and customer service. The cost was also excellent.
