I ultimately had to hire a second licensed plumber, who confirmed the original installation was done incorrectly and required additional work to fix. I made a good-faith effort to resolve this directly with the company before escalating, but was unable to reach a resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Jack & Jill Plumbing.
