Prompt service. I called and took my vehicle into the shop the next day and waited for a new windshield to be replaced. Didn't take very long and everything is good. Outstanding service from Jeff. Quick and reliable! Called him Friday afternoon and glass replaced Mon afternoon. A pleasure to work with.

No quality control. Totally rude owner. Very unprofessional service. I took my car in for a window replacement. When it was done I immediately noticed the upper corners of the windshield on both sides were sticking up from the window frame. Owner Jeff Smith told me I was imagining it. Measured the next day and driver's side corner is sticking up 1/2" above the rest of the window frame. Passenger side a bit less. Car is a convertible so it's very noticeable. Took it back. Jeff 's exact response: "I hate anal people like you!" Admitted window corners were raised up and not sitting flush with the window frame, but was not willing to do anything to fix it. To quote Jeff, "I'm not going to spend money to do anything - if it doesn't leak and there's no wind noise, it's good enough" That should really be their company moto. "Good enough" is the best you can expect from this company. read more

The owner is rude and condescending. I had a couple of seemingly not major issues to fix after his replacement of my window, plus he left tools in my vehicle. He showed up and asked me what I was "freaking out" about. He began my claiming the problems were there before (but I had pics of vehicle before, and the were NOT). He didn't connect the brace and he didn't reconnect my remote antenna and made an issue about that. My remote was perfect before his work, but I just had to have it completely replaced due to FUSED wires at the window where the antenna was (which was "likely" caused by his heat when cutting the original window out. He took no responsibility for clamping the brace back in the corner of the window, or the excess glue that actually ;looked like wires. Three times he made snarky comments - he cant be bothered with people and takes no responsibility for his actions, and does not pay attention to details. Do NOT recommend. read more
