Service, the first go around was average. I recently completed my first service with the 2nd vehicle I had purchased from this dealer, and it seems that the service had improved to a 5 star experience as well. If you're looking to purchase a new Land Rover or Jaguar I would absolutely recommend emailing the dealer, and asking to schedule an appointment with Tom. He doesn't fit the standard car salesman stereotype. Tom's sense of urgency in closing a sale is a slower pace, that will make someone not into the car buying part more comfortable, and give you time to think through your purchasing decision. Most importantly Tom is passionate, about the product line, and he seems to get more of his energy from educating people about the car which is very unique compared to other experiences I had had. Usually the sales people can't wait to sell the car, they hope once you buy it you don't have any more questions, and just go away. Or, they try to teach you a little bit about the car, but it turns out to be nothing special. Tom is wildly intelligent about the product line, and I left both times knowing everything about the vehicle.
