It offers a couple of benefits that appealed to me as a monthly parking tenant - it's covered, the access is 24/7, and generally as parking garages go it's neat, clean and modern in structure with good access. There is a fully-staffed office on-site, and good security. I am paying a little bit more money but feel it's worth it for the advantages it affords me. The property management company has been very pleasant to deal with and that is a wonderful extra bonus as well.

I mean, can one, in good conscience give a parking structure FIVE STARS? Yes, a parking structure is a necessity. It's a thing that you need, so thus? They exist. I mean, you need to park, and somewhere. Milwaukee *is* a city, after all. And in the Third Ward, this is a pretty good option. So... I'm a fan of a parking structure? Well, that seems strange. Incongruous or whatever. Paying for parking in a thing. But... reality. Check. I guess, though. Ease of use, check. It's not crazy underground like ten stories. You're not going to get the bends while parking your car. It's not super high up and scary either, and you won't accidentally drive your car off the edge because there are just cables keeping you from overparking and smashing your shit or whatever. It hasn't any of those strange one way channels. No difficult directions and no tight turns. It's pretty open and pretty easy to use. And it's usually not too too expensive. Sometimes it is, but most of the time, it's pretty reasonable. Unless there's a special event, and then, well... you're going to pay. Other structures in town? They're shifty and they're slightly scary and they overcharge. I like this structure well enough to give it four stars. Not sure I'll ever review a structure at five unless they wash and wax my car for me and give me cupcakes and tell me how awesome I am. Maybe then.

It's cheaper and quicker. That might not sound obvious, but they pick you up at your car and drop you off right at your airline door. (The walk from the long-term parking can be long and sometimes confusing.) Definitely something I would try again.

Then, on the way home, I did as instructed to get off the train, yet there was no employee to help me get off, I started panicking, knocking on the employee doors asking for help out loud, and no one came. They kept saying last call and I opened the door myself to get off because no one was there to assist me after literally panicking to try to get off the train Once I was off and extremely rude employee came and screamed at my face telling me that I did something wrong and that if I did it again, I would be banned, even though I told him that there was no one there to help me or guide me in the right direction and I was trapped on the train, if I could get his name, I would . But instead, he screamed in my face and stormed off. Extremely unhelpful and rude staff , the staff member who screamed profanity in my face should be absolutely fired. What a terrible way to run a travel business.

Great little train station for quick trips to Milwaukee or Chicago. In fact there is a new line…read morethat will bring you to Minneapolis once a day. Station is maintained by city of Sturtevant they take care of snow removal and security. There are often local police in the parking lot. Couple of tips: 1. Listen for the track announcement as you would be simply guessing which track is going which direction. 2. Stay off the tracks and use the stair tower to get to other tracks. 3. In the winter the tower is heated. 4. The depot is heated and air conditioned. 5. Typically two doors open on the train when boarding, the doors more south when loading will offload closer to the station. Conversely when loading in Chicago the doors more north will open closer to the tower in Sturtevant. 6. No food or beverage is sold on the train. 7. They don't sell tickets on the train so purchase your ticket in advance. 8. People wait for trains, trains doing wait for people . Be one time.

She repeats herself...I continue my phone conversation "You can pick me up at the management office". My caller is lost ... they're downstairs. "I'll meet you downstairs" Don't know why corporate management be interrupting people. Focus on you.

The Corners of Brookfield is the shopping center where Waking Daisy is located. After having…read morebreakfast at Waking Daisy, my husband and I walked around the shopping center. I love the center of the shops where there is a large chess board, seating area, fire pit, children's games, and a stage for music. The shopping area was nice but the parking garage was a nightmare. It was difficult finding where to park that was near the restaurant were wanted to dine at. A LOT more signage would be helpful. Still, I recommend The Corners of Brookfield.

The Antioch stop is the end of the North Central Line which goes to/from Union Station…read more The train station for the Antioch stop on the METRA commuter rail North Central Line (NCS) is about average compared to other stations in the Chicago Commuter Rail system. It is a well lit, enclosed shelter with some wooden seats for inclement weather with a few uncovered benches outside. There are rest rooms but no ATM, ticket office, or vending inside. There is a guide to local Antioch businesses posted on the wall. There is no air conditioning in the station during summer and no way that I saw to open windows for fresh air. There is a large commuter lot with adequate parking adjoining the station; parking is $1.50 per day, cash only. North of the station there is a strip mall with, among other businesses, a tavern. There is a small bicycle rack to the west of the station. There are no bicycle shelters available and it is suggested that you bring your own lock/security device when using the racks. There is also a coin operated phone and newspaper vending on the west side of the station. There is usually at least one cab waiting during the evening rush hour for hire.The Antioch stop is the end of the North Central Line which goes to/from Union Station.

I have NEVER seen that at any parking garage anywhere in this country! I took a guess and paid for the amount of time I thought I would need. Then it ran over, I obviously wasn't thinking about my parking time. When I came out, the time had expired. No worries, ALL parking garages I have ever used have a spot to pay for the time used. So I looked around and didn't see any option to increase my time by my vehicle. So I got in the vehicle and went to the exit, still assuming that I could pay upon exit. No information there either. There are no parking attendants, no information that is clear, no phone number to call. So I left and then received a fine for $55 for the overage. I emailed and told them there is no information on how to pay at exit, they insisted that they can't do anything. We exchanged a couple of emails (see below). I offered $10 which is more than the hourly rate, so I felt it was a fair offer. They again said they can't do anything. Now I have a demand/collection notice from a lawyer for $55. Which as I explained earlier is completely predatory as anything $50 or less is not reported to the credit bureau, so they made it just high enough to damage your credit so you will pay. That is just ludicrous and disgusting. Please see the other reviews (albeit not many because who knows to look up a garage and write a review?) below. And when searching for parking in the area, you aren't looking up reviews to see if that is a good one or not.

I had only been to two other raceways in my entire life, until July 10th, 2018, when I went to…read moreSlinger Speedway at the behest of a friend who is a racing buff. On that particular night, an annual racing event was taking place, the 39th Annual SUPERSEAL Slinger Nationals, a 200 lap Super Late Model race. As a quarter mile asphalt oval, the track is amazingly tiny. It takes only about eleven or twelve seconds for the cars to go one lap. (Take a look at my video). It is apparent, if you've done any type of tactical driving, that the skill level of the drivers is amazing. There were several heats prior to the main race and we saw only one minor accident. It's amazing because the speed and tight turns of the track calls for pin-point accuracy, especially considering the cars are merely inches OR LESS from each other during a race. The seating facility itself is old and worn out with bench seating, only. The spaces between the seats are VERY tight and if someone decides to attach a portable stadium seat chair, only a child could sit behind it and, at that, their knees would be crammed up. Additionally, I'm afraid that if an adult has a hard time walking or keeping their balance, the steep angle of the seating area is actually dangerous. The benches are NOT installed in stepped tiers; they are installed on angle to the hillside, only. Parking is available all around the raceway facility in empty lots and facilitated by parking attendants who direct you where to park. Parking is free. I noticed a lot of people eating popcorn, hotdogs, hamburgers and drinking beer, but I did not partake in any food or drink items while there. The race was a kick-in-the-ass. I really enjoyed it. For anyone who has never experienced a professional car race venue, this is the place to go.

I'm not normally a big racing fan but, in my opinion, Slinger is a must visit once a race season…read more This is a really fun place to go with your entire family and watch amateur racing at its best. Hell, there are even 12-year-old drivers - how can you not want to cheer them on and support their dreams. Matt Kenseth began his racing career at Slinger and he typically still races there once a year, usually against someone like Kyle Busch. The facility certainly isn't handicap friendly. I've seen wheelchairs, but I always wonder what poor soul had to push the wheelchair up the super steep incline to the seating area. That being said, there's always a good variety of food from hot dogs and icees to nachos and candy. In the past, there has been beer and Mike's Hard Lemonade for sale but, during my last visit (summer 2015), they were only selling beer. Most recently tickets were $10 and parking is free. I feel like Slinger is a pretty good deal all round. We bought my son earmuffs this summer because it was too loud for him and I still think the entire evening was less than $40 for three people. There's usually fireworks and there's often fun things like tricycle races for the kids on the track. Go to Slinger if you've never been! You'll have a blast!
