It's been a long spring break full of working and babysitting. After a three hour flight I was unprepared for the four hour drive ahead of me to get back to school when I set out at 1 am. My faithful car was there for me even when my friend took a turn at driving and ran her wheels up a curb going fifty miles an hour. My car kept me safe, but her wheels could only take so much. After seemingly driving smooth for a few miles, she finally blew a tire on 94. Tired, crying, and without a spare to try to fix it myself, I called the first tow truck company I found on google. I didn't have much hope to get my car on the road. Even if I could get a tow it was unlikely I would be able to get her road ready in time to make it back for my 8 am class. The woman who answered the phone was nice and courteous, despite the 3 am call. She assured me they would do all they could, and within a half hour the tow truck pulled up to take my poor car to their shop. By happenstance, they procured a spare and fixed the tire for me. The cost for the tow and tire was more than fair, especially considering my predicament. The owner was actually the person who had arrived and helped me. Though I hope to not need his services again any time soon, were I to break down I know that he would be my first call. read more

The service I was provided was beyond what I expected. When I call the company and asked for their services Scott begin the conversation by asking questions to begin troubleshooting what the he thought the issue may be. Based off a quick 3 min conversation he stated I will send out a driver but I don't think we will need to tow you in. Two minutes later I get a call from Ryan he said I will be at your location within 20-30 mins. Ryan called back and said I will be stopping home so I will be an additional 15 mins behind the schedule time since I want to bring my computer to hook up to your truck to understand what the exact issue may be. Within seconds the code showed up and Ryan said we are a honest company and I don't recommend that I tow you back home. He told me I can get the parts from any auto shop and save additional money by not taking it to the dealership to get the repair completed. I highly recommend this Towing Company if you need roadside service. Honest people who are not out to just take your money. J&J will be my go to Towing Company when I need a tow!! read more

Unfortunately, my daughter's car broke down somewhere on the interstate (she wasn't exactly sure), so I googled towing services that I thought would be close to where she may be. And fortunately, J & J Towing was one choice that popped up, so I called them. I can not even begin to tell you how wonderful the people are here. They were so reassuring to me that they would be able to find her car, even with what little information I could provide them. Sure enough, they found her car, and towed it to a auto repair shop that they completely trusted and used themselves. The kindness that I was given truly calmed me and made me feel that we were in very good hands. I can not thank these people enough for helping us in a stressful situation, and taking such good care of us and our car. They even called interstate patrol to let them know that they had been contacted about this car, so that it wouldn't get ticketed and/or impounded. Just left a review for J&J but saw this other location, Matt's review is self centered I feel. I was towed from Monterey apartments, I was wrong. I had no permit and was on the grass and the lines where you aren't suppose to park. These guys were great, honestly. It was 300 bucks but I did it to myself. I don't think it's fair that when someone makes a mistake they blame people doing their job. J&J was very nice and respectful to me today. Plus, my alarm went off and killed my battery. They kindly jumped it and the car is fine. No damage no attitude very nice people, Jason was at the office window and overly professional but not cheesy. Matter of fact and even made me laugh. Our jeep broke down on the highway. We called a service station and they recommended J and J. We called and they arrived within 15 minutes like we were told. Scott was incredibly nice, sent us to the cab of his truck to relax, got our car loaded fast, and then got us to the service station right away and had a real nice conversation with him on the ride. He also helped with some information diagnosing our car trouble and he was 100% right! Also said if we had any issues at the service station, just call and he would help us out. I had a mishap with a deer and unfortunately was unable to drive my car afterwards, J and J Towing was called and arrived within 10 minutes and the driver was super friendly and explained everything to me as to what I had to do and even referred me to a local body shop for my repairs. I was on my way to pick up my wife from work when this happened and J and J Towing and my driver Scott went the extra mile and drove to my wife's work to get and took us BOTH back home no questions asked. This place is a joke. my car got towed because of an accident. Called the next day and was told $700 I would have to pay. I called the police they called the owner of the place, who by the way is a felon and has been in and out of jail more times than I can count. He then told the police I can pay $175 for the towing just to get my stuff out of the car but I have to sign the title over to him or pay $500. When ask why $500 he would not give me an answer. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE OR DEAL WITH THIS GUY. HE AS THREATEN PEOPLE AND STOLEN THEIR CARS. read more

i think scott was great he came in 10 minutes and winched me out for the police on 94 in a storm, he was really nice and quick and the price was fair. I turned receipt into my insurance who referred them in the past and was reimbursed i think i would call them first no matter where i was last time we called him for a lock out he didnt charge us even though he did the service quick he was in a hurry and said i owed him a thank you and a smile, great guy. lady on phone was very very pleasant and understanding, didnt rush me and helped my situation read more

Used this company to haul some John Deere Gators to Va. We were very pleased with them. The driver Stephan was AWESOME I would give him 5 STARS. He had some issues loading the Gators because I gave him the wrong measurements but he did everything possible to make sure we got our gators here to Va. I had gotten a flat tire nearly an hour from where I needed to be. I called in-n-out and they got to me in no time, got me off the interstate and to a tire shop in my home town and helped me get to where I needed to be.
