Today I attempted to order some suspension parts through this store as they are a retailer for HellWig which has a part I'm looking to be able to purchase locally. The employee on the phone seemed confused from the beginning, put me on a hold after i gave him a part number and successfully found the part in their system. I then asked what brand sway bar end links they could order in to go along with that since i was already ordering from them and the employee began to tell me he doesn't even know what a sway bar end link is or what i'm talking about and that they are not a parts store, they just sell lifts. My previous experience to this one; I had stopped in to have my bed cover looked at as it was binding slightly and they "specialize" in bed covers. They dismissed me from the beginning and basically told me to just buy a new one from them. My only successful experience here was purchasing running boards a few years back. 1 good experience out of 3 is quite poor.

I've moved all my business dealings local since March 2020 due to COVID-19. I decided that keeping my money in my community was important to me. I wanted the local businesses to feel supported and stay healthy during the pandemic. The last thing I want to see, in my community, v is a bunch of boarded up abandoned businesses that went bankrupt for lack of support. My motto has become, "shop where I live!" I try to limit my spending to my County, my zip code, my City, and places where I can't easily walk. It's actually been kind of fun! This place fits all the criteria! The people at this shop are amazing! When a car wash broke my heating vent and the dealership wanted a ridiculous amount of money to repair it, these folks helped me out by finding a used part and saving me some money! I was so grateful! Little things means a lot to me. They've helped me out with other things. Air in my "suddenly" flattening tires. Oil changes when the service light went on and my appointment was later in the day than I could handle! They even called me to apologize for a customer they perceived had harassed me (he hadn't)! What chivalry!!!! I am amazed at the quality of service here! It really just blows my mind! Even the shop dog, Luna, greets you at the door as if she knows to make sure you feel valued! I got my rear passenger door repaired by Gerber after an accident. After two weeks of repair, the…read morecar looks like it came off the lot, so the quality of work that was done to repair was super impressive, with no noted issues regarding door electronics. Rebecca and Vince were able to provide direct updates regarding repair of the vehicle and were flexible with my schedule for pick up. The Gerber team were able to monitor my car while I was away for work travel, which is super helpful to me. In terms of quality of work, not only did they take out the dented door and replace it with a new one, but they also repaired every warning light that was seen in my vehicle in addition to cleaning out the entire vehicle, which is above and beyond what I expected. I also didn't have to pay above my deductible when working with Gerber collision. They were able to work with my insurance company to address any supplemental issues, so the cost of repair was affordable. I'm grateful for their work and customer service to get my car repaired in an orderly manner.
