MONEY HUNGRY, Turn around! They give you the phoniest attitude telling you all the stuff they can additionally fix (like most auto shops), but there prices are very high! I tried to discuss ways of saving money, they'll talk you right out of it. They gave me the diagnosis of my car, I got a few things fixed from my friend that's a certified mechanic and I went back to use a coupon and the guy was so upset! Haha, I recommend this place if you got money to blow and don't know jack about cars, otherwise hit the road and get your money's worth!! Very professional. Look for Dale. They want your car absolutely perfect. I got my car's alignment done here. It was a little crooked. The made sure it runs straight absolutely. Earlier Toyota dealership has done a bad job in getting the job right. They are also a speciality mobility shop. Bought a car for my father a Veteran. I was having an incredibly hard time dealing with the VA. I found a car (fiat) which was manufactured by Freedom Motors. For this to work Freedom had to deliver to Brunswick and then the VA would pay. The whole thing was a nightmare and I had to walk Brunswick step by step through it. That's not the worst part. After picking up car May 6th (second car first one was not correct) my salesman Alan Weiner who throughout process would tell you and promise you a call AND NEVER EVER CALL YOU BACK. Owed me a check for an overpay of roughly $3,200. My father who is 78 kept on and on and on and on about this stupid check well I would call Alan or the GM Diane and here the reason is this or that and I'd get a call back and of course NEVER EVER ONCE did they call back like before when car was suppose to be delivered. Now when your there in person they are friendly as butter on toast but leave and words are useless. The worst part is I had plans on using them for service after my purchase and everything else but now how can I ? Finally I call and someone named Dale picks up and says they aren't there (because it's day after 7/4) I explain my situation he says WHAT within 3 days the check arrived!! He said this isn't how they do business he would speak with owner etc etc etc. truthfully I'm sorry I didn't know Dale earlier maybe this feeling I have and experience would have been better. I understand oddly enough Dale runs service department. I was at the point of calling a lawyer to get check thinking they were going bankrupt. They actually said they couldn't cut check it was Freedom Motors fault? Anyway I love the car hated the hassle. Dale was great but it took 8 months to get my car and money closed. read more

Before i found shops closer to my home i drove from bucks co. Pa to here. They assisted in repairs to various vehicles with wheelchair lifts. ( never liked the town& county, caravan conversions due to lowering the floor and loosing ground clearence and with the roads around the area that should be of concern likewise the air suspension bladders rot out due to the salt the highways in the winter & that isn't a cheap fix ). We suggest a full sized van instead cause they hold their value more. But the staff here are true professionals and their prices are quite good. read more

My girlfriend had her car towed there after having some trouble driving. These crooks gave her an estimate of a $1200 dollars for a new alternator and water pump. After taking it to the Toyota service center, they told her that there was obviously nothing wrong with the alternator and water pump after running a couple tests on her toyota echo. All she needed was a new belt on the car, the job only cost about 270 dollars. BUNS-wick Automotive tried to scam her for almost a thousand dollars. Bought a $58 Amazon Local voucher for an alignment. Wife took it in for me since I had to work. We had an appointment set for a Tuesday. First thing they say to my wife is that there is no appointment, BUT they can very graciously "fit her in." After taking care of the alignment, they inform my wife that my car needs new struts and bushings, estimated at around $800. I guess they assumed, being female, my wife would fall for the ploy. Instead she took my car to our regular mechanic, who informed us that there was absolutely nothing wrong. Nice to know that in this day and age there are still plenty of sharks out there. Oh, and my car still drifts to the right. Amazon refunded the voucher. No harm no foul. But do avoid this place. read more

I have been using the services of Brunswick Automotive for over 3 years (I think). I looked them up because they are AAA approved. To me that label means a) AAA knows that they exist, b) at least once in the past they have been inspected by AAA and found to be reliable and c) in order to retain the AAA approval, they have to keep services above a minimum standard. My 1999 Camry was swaying dangerously when being driven. Braking cause it to lurch forward. I have always serviced it at the Freehold dealer and recently moved. I took it to the local Toyota dealer's and the service manager took one look (during the oil change) and said I should buy a new car. At the time it had around 100,000 miles on it. Now I know that Toyotas typically get 200,000+ miles. But having been through a couple of bangs, I thought maybe it was a goner. Still - it was paid for! So I took it to Brunswick Automotive. They took a good look at it and recommended about $4000 worth of repairs spread over two visits so that the car was drivable and could be brought into shape without draining me. The problems were explained to me - and with my limited mechanical intelligence I thought this was better than paying $4000 down and more money per month for another 60 months. Most recently, I took the Camry there to get the check engine light turned off (so that it can pass inspection) and within 30 minutes the issue was diagnosed and I paid around 750. The explanation offered was lucid and again I could understand what the issue was. Bottom line: They may be slightly more expensive than others, but they can be trusted to get your car back to life. P.S. My car now has around 140,000 miles on it and hope to keep it going. read more
